This appears to be a scam. I received an email listing this as a number to call to cancel a subscription to a Norton Life Annual Pack for $399.99. The email suggested that this amount would be debited from my bank account. I checked my bank accounts, and the deduction had not been made. I called the number but there was no one available. After some additional checking, I think this is a phishing attempt, but it looks quite real.
