Leave a CommentYes, I am one of a few people that actually have a debt with this company. That is not my problem with them. I have a 2 year old son and told them REPEATEDLY not to call after 7pm EST. They still continued to call after 7 and I asked to speak to a supervisor... she ***G up on me!! When I called back, she said "it's not my problem that you can't pay your bill". They are rude, have no manners and apparently can't listen.
This company calls collecting for Blue Shield of California Health Insurance, when I called them back they told me that Blue Shield had informed them that there was an error a clich in the billing system. That there wasn't any monies owed. Then today, 6 weeks later, they called to leave a message to tell me otherwise.
Who the***** is RMS? They keep calling for someone who I don;t even know. They refuse to remove mr from their list "since [my] number is the one indicated in [their] computer". I think it's a scam. Don't give them any personal info.
This company RMS repeatly calls trying to collect a debt that I do not owe. They stated the debt is from 1986 but all requests for any form of do***entation is ignored. They call at least one time a week.
For a couple of weeks now my days have been interrupted with automated calls from this number. The recording states this is not a sales call but is a business call. We have no past due or late accounts so I'm****uming these people are calling in error but when I try to call them at 800-299-8301 I get a menu and noone answers. I'm fed up with it.
This is a debt collection company hired by DELL computers.

I get these calls all the time , an do not answer,I am getting sick of it.
This company is calling my place of employment regarding "financial matters" at least twice a week. Does anyone have any idea who this company is? I will not verify any information, and Mr. Redmon does not seem to appreciate my unwillingness to provide verification of anything over the phone.
Receivable Management Solutions - When they call me they are trying to locate a Frank Griffin. I have informed them for over a year there is no Frank Griffin at this number. They don't care, they just continue to call. Now to find out how to report them for harrassment for continuing to call when they have been informed they have an incorrect number.
Call me on my cell atleast once a week. I never answer because I looked up this number online and found a lot of complaints about it.
I receive this call daily and if there is a message left, they are always leaving it for someone who does not live at my residence. I've lived in the same place and had the same number for the past 9 years. You never hear what the company name is. Sounds like another scam. My caller ID shows a number of 651-967-1940 but the recording says to call 800-299-8301.

We get these calls about twice a week and they ask for my husband by name. I know it is a scam because I had the same type of thing happen to me a few years ago. When I called the # to clear up the matter and be removed from their list they immediately tried to get me to s**** confirming my phone#, address, and whom I bank with- at which point I promptly told them where to go and ***g up.DO NOT give these people any information!!
I get these calls nonstop!! I never answer calls I don't know the number and found that to be a good safe practice! These guys leave messages that are garbled, then say I MUST CALL....and the number is different to return the call. They are harassing!
Calls and ****s on the line, chewing while the message records each disgusting slurp and bite.
no known reason for call. Said they were looking for someone other than myself that used my phone #.

always the same thing wants to discuss business matters collection agency and iden***y theft
Automated message stating "We are calling about a very important business matter". In truth, this is a company that preys on individuals with debt that is *well* past the statute of limitations. They are scam artists that are hoping to trick the people they're calling into paying on this old, no longer legally collectible debt. Do *not* offer to pay off the debt. Do *not* send them any money. Contact an attorney and have them send a cease & desist letter to these dirtbags. Then, contact your state attorney general to report this fraudelent and illegal activity. Do not let them trick you into thinking they have a right to do what they're trying to do. The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is on your side, not theirs.
leaves message "We are calling about a very important business matter"
