Wrong number but keep calling!
I just don't answer... waste of time. I save these calls as "Spam" in my contact list so when they call I can easily see it's more **** and ignore it.
My mother received a call from this number, a "***dley Puskar", asking for me. I haven't lived there for over 35 years. Of course, Mom tells him where I am... going to have to remind her about not giving out any personal info to people she doesn't know! So, talk about outdated info! Thanks to the rest of you for posting, so we know what kind of s*** we're dealing with...
they called my work all day and called one of my co workers a ***** after he said I wasn't there its a scam
This idiot creepo, who calls himself, Mr. Fosso, call our number about every hour all day long. If this isn’t harassment…what is? Our government can stick their nose in everything else in our lives… so why can’t they do so****ing about this kind of domestic terrorism!
SCAMMERS! Do Not verify your iden***y to them. They got info. Maybe from trash cans.
this dude dont stop. grr

Mr Lynch called said its very important I call back, I do not have any unpaid debts
Mr. Lynch's recorded message calls routinely. I have called and talked to someone on two occasions and told them to remove my name because they are calling the wrong number. I do not know that person. But to no avail. I'd like to get Mr. Lynch's home phone number and call him daily. There has got to be a solution to his annoying calls. What part of wrong number does he not understand!!!
wont stop calling many times a week with no one on the other end of the call
I have nothing outstanding and this company or individual keeps calling and leaving a recording. They claim to be from a debt collection agency and it's an obvious scam!!!
This company is a scam or a collection agency run by totally incompetent low life s***.If you decide to call these creeps back don't give them any personal information and let them to tell you who they are calling for. Most of the time they don't even bother trying to call the correct phone number. If they know your name and claim you owe debt make them put it in writing. They must send you a letter within five days. There is a very good chance they won't send the info in writing because they probably can't prove it. They will probably claim you owe debt for so****ing that may have occurred several years. This is a good way to rip off honest people since most people don't keep records from years ago.Never give anybody your credit card info, bank account number or social security number over the phone.Every time they call report the call to the Do Not Call list.linksnotallowed.donotcall.govCaller Type: Low life s***bag creeps
got repeated messaged from "National Action" debt collections on an account that I paid off over 8 years ago. They are very rude and persistant.
Get messages and when answered it is a recording from a Mr. Lynch saying he cannot disclose any info but it is an attempt to collect a debt. I called back and spoke to some lady who automatically knew my social security # and name just by me calling from my phone #. Said I owed a Pinnacle collection agency $ from an old Verizon bill. I told them no and ***g up. I checked my credit report and it says nothing about this. I didn't even have a cell phone with Verizon in 2001.
We have no debt and this bot won't stop calling. They c****e the recording regularly, but give no specifics. The seem to be phishing...
I have received numerous calls from this so-called debt collection agency from NY. I don't have any outstanding debt. Blocked the calls. Don't answer calls or acknowledge calls. If you owe so****ing to someone important, they will contact you by registered mail. This is a scam. zoz
they need to stop calling. doesn't say or who is calling.
We have no debt, have looked in to what they say we owe and it is a total scam to collect money. This company or individual is a con artist!
Don't answer 800 numbers - this call comes in on a daily basis. Need to get it off call list.
doesnt say why or who he is calling
Will not answer 800 numbers, but sure would like my number off this list.
Keeps calling. I pick up phone and it puts me on hold then says try to call back later
Abusive debt collector. Calling from old lists without proper infomration. Not up to date. Leaves regualte messages. I owe nothing. Insistent about expired debt.s
was a recording asking me to call them.
A Mr Lynch calls and always leaves an automated message to call. This fool should be proscuted. I owe nothing.
Call at least twice a day. Says it is not a call of solicitation... Owe nothing!
recorded message when i pick up. calls at least 3 times a week. they want me to call them back. when i call the number back it is from national action financial services. i owe nothing.
They call all day filling up my answering ma****e and when I answer they **** up
A recorded message has been left on our ma****e every day for about 3 weeks now. Guy's name is Danial Lynch, and claims to 'have an importan matter that needs taken care of' and that 'they have been trying to contact me numerous times' (ya think??) Our credit is pristine as the one poster said above, a couple months ago I happened to obtain a copy of both my wife and I's credit reports. They are great. This "Mr. Lynch" asks for no name and does not reveal what company he is with, but it's just sooooo important that we contact their office. I don't think so, I'm not calling **** until a real person calls, identifies themselves, and states what the business is about, and who it's for.Luckily, we work each day, and the message is left during the day each day, but they've been calling on Sa****ay mornings, now I'm ****ed.No, according to law, it's not a "legitamate" collection agency.
Automated call on my cell phone after business hours
I am unable to talk to someone there, they never answer the phone, I owe nothing, zero!!!
Ma****e leaves message every day on my home phone. "Please call Mr. Lynch at 800-304-7519, this is a debt collection call."
Caller is a "Mr. Lynch" and claims to be a debt collector. Caller ID just says "Toll-Free call".
It is after 8pm & once a***n this person called & left a nasty message on my answering ma****e. I wished he would quit calling!!!!!!!!!! ****ing me off!
They call all the time & don't leave any messages
They call all the time & don't leave any messages
Has been calling telling me he is a debt collector, for the past 3 weeks
just like all the other complaints. A Mr Lynch, no company name, very bad recording, would not leave any info. No mail, no details. And by the way, my cell number is on the do not call registry and has been for nearly 2 tears now. So much for that registry.
Mr. Lynch called me. Their representative refused to give me their name or name of their company. I have no debts. ***g up on me when I told them to send me the information in writing and to stop calling me per FDCPA.
This number called me right after I switched my landline number asking me to call a Daniel Lynch. I do not have any debt and will not be calling them back. After reading the comments here, I filed a complaint with the FCC. My called ID said 800 service. No one should give them any personal information. I do believe it's a scam...
This number is STILL calling me,over & over, during the day, at home and on my daughter's cell phone, THey have ask for personal info,""DEMANDING"" my S. S. numbers and my address ... I have reported them, called them and ask them to stop calling and it has made matters worse. They called me at 10 PM and 11 PM, on Oct 26 09, saying I needed to take care of an issue in their office....same recored message as before.I'am so sick of it ! ! ! IF it is a ""legitmate"" company, then they need to say, 'who they are', and 'why they are calling', also STOP CALLING ME AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT AND repeatedly calling throught the day and JUST **** up ,It's 'RUDE" & unprofessional.... It's "HARASSMENT"" ! ! ! I'am so sick of it ! ! PS>> TO ..JAYNNE, I find it hard to believe that this number is a 'legit' company ! ! A 'legit co', would NOT ask for your ss # over the phone ! They can bearly speak english and they are very rude ! ! ! I called them and they would NOT tell me the name of their company and the woman I was speaking to became very angry and ***g up on me ....
Same as below. no persons name, just call mr. lynch at this number , no additional info can be supplied as this is of 'sensitive nature" blah blah
This number, 800-304-8519, is a legitimate collection agency. One of their accounts is Juniper Credit Card serviced by Barclays Bank. If you want them to stop calling you, ignoring them is not going to make that happen. Talk to them and ask them who they are calling. Do not give them your information, they will give you the verifying info. If it is not for you, tell them so and tell them to stop calling. If it is for you, but you do not want to talk to then, then tell them to stop calling you. You do not have to talk to them. If they continue to call after that, then they are in violation and you can make a complaint. Also, they can only call you once a week, IF they talk to you.
calls twice a day, automated message

This number called my cell phone everyday for months. I was finally fet up and called the number back. They were trying to find someone named "Dennis" even though my voice mail clearly states my name and they can hear that I'm a female. The man that answered the phone was very arrogant. I'm furious with this company.
Repeated calls to Cell Phone (I do not give out this number) for bogus debt collection.
This guy called me too. Thank goodness I found this site to tell me not to call..
I've got many calls from this number 1-800-304-8519,well they say to return a call to this number and ask for Mr lynch, and yesterady they called and said I must return their call at once, I need to take care of a issue/problem in their office, and ask for ? I could NOT understand the name , they were mummbling... I did call them back once and a female answered the phone, I could bearly understand her ... she would NOT say the name of the company, she ask who I wanted to talk too, I ask a few question and she became very rude and ***g up on me.after this , they s****ed calling and ****ing up at all hours of the day & NIGHT ! the last two weeks they have call many times during the day and just **** up !
Mr. Lynch said he is a debt collector and I need to call him back. It was a recording
This Collector calls about 4 times a month and always leaves a message saying to call Mr. Lynch and the 1-800 number. After some research using the 1-800 number, I found it to be National Action Debt Collection but my Experian acct shows CAVALRY PORTFOLIO SERVICES. Maybe they are the same company? I have an Experian monthly acct and noticed only w/in the last 2 months that a mark was on my credit. It claims I owe an amount just above 200 dollars. Apparently, Sprint sold off the debt on an acct that I have not had in at least 10 years. It should have been closed out when I c****ed my provider and as far as I knew I had no outstanding balance. I filed a protest w/ Experian but theres not much they can do but note it. I have never seen a letter from this company or from their legal representation. The voicemail does not contain any additional company information and they do not refer to me by name. If they can get my number, they should be able to find my mailing address. With this being said, they are violating Texas law in a few ways... * does not provide any details as to the alleged balance owed * does not provide any information as to what was purchased * the date of purchase * the amount of purchase Even if they would actually answer when I call back or if a letter was sent to me...they know its a violation of a Texas finance code and the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act * Texas Finance Code, ***le 5 Chapter 393.505. Under Chapter 393.505, their client must have filed a lawsuit within four (4) years of the date of the last transaction I hope this helps. I know they will not stop calling me but at least I know the law is on my side.
Received call at a charity I work at asking us to call. Mr Lynch refused to receive my return call. This is obviously data mining for purposes that are extremely questionable. The NY States' Attorney Generals Office is my next call.
I have gotten several calls as well and I'm located in Florida. They are rude and try to scare you. When you ask what "debt" you owe they mumble a name that you can't understand. After you ask a couple of questions they **** up.
They have the wrong number, I am sick to ***** of these calls, these people ought to be JAILED!!!!!!!!!
Have been getting harrassing calls from 800-304-8519, and telling us that they have tried every available means to contact us and legal action is pending. Did not ask for anyone by name but for us to call and ask for a Mr. Lynch.
same as above - tried to zap the calls using call zapper but it does not work. No personal debt! Driving me crazy - anyone know how to stop these clowns?
Ok, so I have been getting these calls for the past few months. About 3-4 per day. They always call with an automated voice and it is most definitely a scam. I am only in high school, so there is no way that I could have a debt, and they will continually call me while I am in school. I finally called them today, and I think that they could tell from my voice that I was only a teenager and they asked me if I was some other person. I responded no and they said that they would remove my number from their list. Hopefully this will help and maybe if some of you have children, you can ask your child to call for you and do the same thing that I did.
Kay so it seems the cons are using the names Mr ***un and Mr Lynch! My vmail said VERBATIM what everyone else's said only it was to call Mr. ***un @ 18006974980. But when I checked the vmail option for the time and origin of the call: "message received from 8003048519" Thank God for this website. My gut told me this was a scam. I typed in the 18006974980 number on this website and they have the SAME CONSENSUS as when I typed in the 18003048519.This is good to know! I'll ignore it for now. My urgent voice was a woman. I'm in StLouis, Mo. Guess the cons are globe trotting. My calls were on 9/11 and 9/17. To my UNLISTED -dead cell phone that was washed in the laundry 4 weeks ago.
Been getting the same calls for about a week now. Has anyone filed an FCC complaint? Short of c****ing phone numbers does anyone know how to make it stop???
As of today, 09/17/09, received three calls from this number during the morning or afternoon
Just got a voicemail from some stern sounding man telling me he can't disclose the nature of the call at this time. He said "we have been trying to track you down and have been unsuccessful...Call (1800number) and ask to speak with Mr.Lynch" This is so bogus because first of all, they would addressed me by my name. I have no debt, so no worries. Just a scam.
I have just received an automated message from a "Mr. Lynch" who says he is from a debt collector. When I called the number back it asked me to leave a message with more information than I am comfortable giving out. I have an unlisted number and I, too, am with the Do Not Call registry. I don't have caller ID, so I'm not sure of the originating number. They have called before but because I have an answering ma****e (yes, like it's 1999) the message gets cut off. This is the first time I have actually heard most of it.
A Mr. Lynch has been calling me almost daily for about a month. I do not know who this is and he refuses to leave any further information.
Got a call pretty much like the previously mentioned...This collection agency is a last ditch effort to collect old debts. If your name is similar or a family members name is similar to someones name that owes a debt they will call. Names and numbers are gathered from census reports, online signup's for credit reports, utility companies, etc.
They use bad skip trace information. Debt Collector
Caller ID reads 866-865-5268 - Message s****ed in the middle on my answering ma****e, so that goes to show you it's a recorded message. Poor SOB's can't even afford an auto dialer that works right! Kept saying over and over to call Mr. Lynch..
I am getting automated messages left with the preface of 48519 requesting a call back to 800-304-8519. I am not addressed my name and the "issue" that needs resolution is never named. I am instructed to call Mr.Lynch.I have no debt. My credit is pristine. I have an unlisted number on the do not call registry.
1-800-304-8519 I receive recorded calls on my answering ma****e to call this number. The message s****s with #48519. I am never addressed by name but apparently some unindicated matter needs to be resolved with a Mr. Lynch "at his office".I have no uncolleced debt and an unlisted phone number that is on the do not call list.My credit is pristine. Dlon't know what this is about.
In the past three days I received four calls from a Mr.Lynch at800-304-8519. He states that the call was coming from a collection agency. My son, who is a Captain in the Air Force had informed me that this was a scam and to google the number and take a look for myself. I can't believe what I'm seeing!!! He instructed me to call my landline provider and have the number blocked, and then to call the FCC and report what was happening. So tomorrow (8/13) I am going to make my calls. If this works I will be back to let you know and maybe everyone out there that is having this problem can do the same.
These people make harassing phone calls. It is a scam. They are rude and say they are exempt from Do Not Call list. I did some research and found his address and phone number. Maybe he needs some 2:00 am phone calls and magazine subscriptions sent to his house!Rick ***un59 Pheasant Run Rd.Buffalo, NY 14228(716) 691-4981
Just got my first robocall asking me to call 1-800-304-8519, said his name was Daniel Lynch and I needed to contact them before 9pm. He said so****ing about debt collection. I am just going to hope I don't get more robocalls from him, if I do I will try to take action, though based on the comments here looks like it may be difficult to make them stop. I thought debt collectors had to do initial notification by registered mail, and why a robocaller, why doesnt a human call so you can discuss "it" with them? So bizarre. I don't have caller ID so I don't know what the originating number is/was.
Call from (716) 650-6240 recorded msg to call back rick ***un at 800-304-8519. This is National Action Financial Service that had a settlement with NY Attorney General for bad debt collection practices. Guess they are trying to call folksin GA now? Search the 716# on google and you will see people who do not owe any money being called and harrassed. Tried to block this # with call blocking and it is not "offered" for this number. Thanks Bell South! I do not owe any money/debt. I have had people use my phone number. I am not going to call them back.
I too have been receiving the same daily auto calls from Rick ***un and Daniel Lynch, who left the 800-304-8519 call back number. They claim to be from a company called National Action Financial Services. I called back once and asked to speak to Rick ***un. The person said he was on another line and would call me back if I'd leave my number. I said that's okay and I ***g up. I contacted the FTC to report them and also re-registered on the "Do Not Call" website.
1-800-304-8519 We receive 10 or more calls per week from this number. They are all recorded. There is some matter, which the recording does not make clear, that a Daniel Lynch wants to "clear up in my office."
I am getting the same automated calls from Dan Lynch. Last month the call back number was different - 866-265-5239 and this is the number that appears on caller ID. I have not bothered to call the number - but several messages are left a day on our voice mail. I will report too.
I am getting these automated calls every day. 1-866-265-5239, 1-800-304-8519, Daniel Lynch. I tried blocking through FTC, and it has not stopped. How can we stop these calls. I do not owe debts he is harassing me about. I am reporting him to the Georgia Attorney General. Calls my work office and my personal phone. We must stop this guy. When I called him a fraud he ***g up.
