They called my neighbor to get a message to me. My neighbor gave me this number
UNITED RECOVERY SYSTEMS. Ricardo Gilmore was the caller. When I attempted to take a msg for the one being called Ricardo divulged no info other than to say "no one was after him, no one was chasing him, no one wanted to harm him...that it would be in his best interest to call him back..." Just a very bad vibe from this guy.
Stop running and pay your bill. No one has to look for you or bother you if you just answer your phone and say you're refusing to pay.
