Fist time they called at 5:22PM, and I said I don't speak Spanish. The caller said "Doesn't ANYBODY there speak Spanish?" I said no. The caller ***g up. Then they called FOUR more times, final call at 8:38PM. After some research, I found that they're trying to sell me a long distance plan. I already have unlimited long distance. One last thing: The company's name is "AMERICATEL", and they don't seem to have a single person who speaks ENGLISH.

Yet a***n this company is calling our unlisted telephone number.  Call came in at 3:24pm on 1/24/09.  Name displayed was "800 Services".  This s****s a 4th cycle of calls from this company.

I receive two phone calls per day from this company. We never answer and they keep calling.

Day 2 of 3rd calling cycle.  Call received from 800 Services at 11:45am on 1/17/09.

After 24-hours without receiving calls from this company, a 3rd calling cycle has begun.  Received call at 8:39pm on 1/16/09.  Since our telephone number is unlisted, we're positive that the company is using an autodialer.

Day 2 of the second cycle of calls from 800 Services.  Calls came in on 1/14/09 at 12:59pm & 6:40pm.

For two days in a row no calls from this company, then the calls s****ed a***n.  Name on display "800 Services".  Received calls at 4:03pm & 5:49pm on 1/13/09.  A***n, our telephone number is unlisted.

This is day 4th day that this company has called our UNLISTED telephone number.  Company called twice on 1/10/09.  1st call at 2:03pm, 2nd call at 3:25pm.  Both times the company failed to leave a message.  Name displayed during the calls was "800 Services".

Day 3 of receiving calls from this company "800 Services".  Called at 6:29pm and a***n at 7:22pm on 1/9/09.  Caller didn't leave a message.  Positive that these are automated calls since our telephone number is unlisted.

For the second day in a row our UNLISTED telephone number is being called.  Name on caller ID is "800 Services".  The company called NINE TIMES on 1/8/09.  Calls were received at 2:13pm, 3:26pm, 3:48pm, 5:04pm, 5:46pm, 6:16pm, 6:21pm, 7:10pm, and 7:36pm.  If that doesn't cons***ute harrassment, then I don't know what does.

Received call on 1/7/09 at 3:55pm.  Caller didn't leave a message.  Name on caller ID display was "800 Services".  Company must be using an autodialer....our telephone number is unlisted.

This number has been calling me up to 7 times a day

It makes no difference if you speak Spanish.  I too have been getting phone calls from this number, the funny part is that I went as far as c****ing my phone number because I was becoming frustrated with the spanish calls and I'm still getting them and they even have my name!!!! I've told them in Spanish to delete my number from their calling list but it hasn't made a difference.

these people.....5 and 6 times a day!!!! We have asked to be deleted from thier list and still......!!! I don't know if anyone has seen the Micheal Douglas movie "Falling Down"? About the regular everyday guy who loses it? That is how these people make me feel!!!

They've called repeatedly during the day, and always at the most inopportune times.I ask them what they're selling and I then **** up.I wish I spoke Spanish fluently, but I otherwise have no way of understanding them.

It's freek'n almost 9pm and they are still calling!  I've asked them not to and they give me that "don't understand english" BS! That website link below does no good if you don't read spanish, but thank you.This is BS!! This company needs to get DELETED!

these people added their company to our phone bill and we did not know anything about it and would not remove the number.

I've been getting upward of four to five calls a day from this number.  I pick it up and **** up.

This is not right that they call close to 9 pm!!! PLEASE TAKE DO TAKE LEGAL ACTION!!

After 5-6 weeks of receiving 3-5 calls daily from this number, I was finally angry enough and picked up the phone.  I said in English and loudly, DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER.  They ***g up on me.  The following day they continued to call.  I asked to speak with a supervisor.  They wouldn't transfer me to anyone so I spoke to them in Spanish and said, I never want you to call my number a***n.  I was told I was put on their do not call list.  The following day, more calls.  I just called the number and said, if I am not put on your do not call list, I will seek legal action a***nst you.  I am on the National Do Not Call List and have advised your company on 4 prior occassions to never call me a***n.  He asked for my name, I said, my name is not important, here is my phone number, if you call a***n, I will sue and thanked him for helping me.  I have his name and will file suit the next phone call I get.

They called three times on 4/4/08.  I think I know what brought it about because  everytime my spouse uses this one particular 800 number to call at a cheaper rate we get this call to try and get us to sign up with them.  Yeah they don't believe in the do not call registry.  I don't think they have to because you used a service provided by them.  Just like if you have a credit card they can call and pester you.

Well they have been callign 4-5 times a day for the last week or so.

They Call Around 6 times a day s**** in early morning - evening -Sa****ay- sunday.... no breaks! this people when you answer the call **** up or they say don't speak english very upset situation.... when you call them to asking to stop calling us....

These people call me about an average of 5-6 times a day on two seperate lines i have registered on the do not call list since Jan 07. The calls s****ed about a month ago and continue after telling them to take me off their list. I feel as though the do not call list is a joke.

DESPITE HAVING TOLD THEM TO STOP CALLING LAST WEEK, THIS WEEK THEY CALLED AS FOLLOWS.  11/30 7:42 PM12/1 2:06 PM12/1 6:47 PM12/3 3:44 PM12/4 5:23 PMTODAY I FINALLY REPORTED THESE CALLS TO THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.

They have been calling for over two months now. We keep telling them to remove us from their list, but then they pull the "I don't speak English" b.s. Finally I had to report them to doNotCall.gov.
