I got the same message, but she knew my name.  Said I only made min payments, which isn't true.

Same exact scenario as what you said.  Must be a scam.

Same here.  She s****ed talking before it s****ed recording but the phone numbers are identical.  She called on my cell phone which no one except family has the number to.  Said in her message that she could reduce my interest rate to as low as 1.5%, but failed to say which card.  Odd.  Luckily she said this would be her last curtesy call.  Does that mean she won't bother me a***n?

Received a second call from them yes****ay.  Same deal...  Message s****ed before our phone system was ready to record it.  Madison and Smith are two flyfishing rivers in Montana, where the call apparently originated.  Total scam

Ditto to the comments that appeared above...  Strange VM, she s****ed speaking before the recording s****ed so could not tell her name, however the two phone numbers are the same that are mentioned above.

I recieved the same exact line today.  Did not say the company she was calling from.  Madison Smith, she said her name was.  1-800-310-2148

Left a voicemail from "Madison Smith", trying to sound like we had spoken previously about some sort of credit card interest rate reduction.  This call was received on my unlisted Google voice number.Caller ID name showed "RELIEF SERVICES", number was 406-351-4172.

Called with a great opportunity and said was the last courtsey call although I never received any other call from them. Caller ID came up as from Montana - 1 406 351 4172. Must be some kind of scam.

left me a voice mail message on my cell phone from "Madison Smith" saying that she was giving me a call back about lowering my interest rates (never spoke to this person and did not identify her company). Caller ID displays 406-351-4172 but she says to call her back at 800-310-2148.sounds like a scam to me...
