Yes, I got a call from Kelly today 8-20-08, telling me to call back on 800-319-4934 X-1250. I too do NOT have any credit card debt or balances. As soon as I listened to my answering ma****g I googled this number and found this link confirming that it is a scam phone number. I think they are fishing and looking to bate people who may be carring a debt on a credit card to call them back, or if you call the to get removed from their list, they will use that call back to ***n info about your personal business. My thinking is just to do nothing to contact them, but spread the word on the internet as fast as possible about them....

Found their email address and website.  Also reported them to the FCC.  email is [email protected] is qualitycarecreditsolutions.org

I've gotten the call two days in a row.  Today, I caught it mid-message and I thought I'd tell "Kelly" off.  Come to find out, it's a recording.  The cute little intro where she says "Hello??" and then proceeds to act as though she thought you answered...is just a recording.

I have tried to call back to get my name removed and i get parked on some sleepy time music and just left there. They have called me every day for ....Maybe three weeks or more. Same as above always a Kelly.

Received a call from 800 319 4934 x1250 claiming that they have my credit card records.

This person/debt consolidation company has left a message on my ma****e every day for the last two weeks - very annoying. Today I almost tripped off a 10 ft ladder when they called. They claim to have my credit card debt-since I don't have any, they are lying as well as harrassing.

They left a message about my credit card debt and that they can help me cut it in half. Unsolicited...never asked for any help, and they said they had my file, and I did not authorize anyone to pull my file.

Clearly a fraudulent call attempting to Phish for iden***y.  I know because I have no credit card debt and therefore no payments that Kelly can cut in half.  I do have an extensive Citibank relationship - in this case though, they called my work number - which only the business banking side of Citi would have.  Its a non-listed Skype number.

Kelly from QCCA at ext 1250 calls my Cell Phone every 10 - 30 min while I am at work. issued cell phone claiming to be looking at credit report and saying she can cut credit card payments in half. claims they are a non-profit debt consolidation service.

I am getting calls from this number 886-776-4271....same kelly .....same exact automated message....says I am in there data base....same story......I guess just block any calls from this number.....

I am receiving calls on my work telephone regarding debt protection/reduction. Upon getting this call I checked the number on line and found that many others are having a lot of trouble with this same company. I don't have much outstanding debt and have no need for their****istance, scam or no scam. Calling people at their place of employment isn't a good idea for any telemarketing company to do.

It is an automated voice. I received the calls on a number which at the time I gave to my bank, expecting such calls. I gave an eVoice number that never rings, yet gives a message in your email inbox. I hate to say it but this con artist got the numbers from your bank. In my case Citibank. I began trusting Citibank several years ago and c****ed my number with them to a REAL number. Interestingly enough this con artist still has the initial number which shows that Citibank has had a flaw in their system back then or perhaps I forgot to check or uncheck some boxes.Good luck every one.

"Kelly" left messages 5 times within a week and continues to call, even though I don't call back - this is harrassment!!!

I have been getting the same phone call from a Kelly! The automated message keeps calling my cell phone and wasting my minutes. The caller id # shows 886-776-4271 but the voicemail says to call back at 8003194934

Telemarketer calls house 1 or 2 times a day about helping with credit problems that I dont have.

For the past 3 days in a row (May 12-14, 2008) I have received a call from 800-319-4934 with the same message from "Kelly" (supposedly at Ext.1250) saying she has my information in the data base and can help me to lower my credit card debt.  I have no such debt & even if I did no one should be calling me on my work work regarding such issues.  The first 2 times I requested that I be removed from their call list.  The third day I attempted to contact them multiple times & have been ***g up on each time.  I don't have a problem with telephone solicitations as a general rule, but from my experience & what I've read from others, these people must be stopped!

The caller said she was named Kelly and that she was from CCCS which I****ume is a Credit Counseling company since she said that she had been looking at my credit record and could help.

Just called them and this guy - Mike, well his last name WOOD, so w***ver wants to call and bust their chops...have fun!!!! LOL!!!!WHAT A JOKE THESE GUYS ARE!!!

Same call as all above from this Kelly person with same call back number. I have received this message about 6 or 7 times on my work phone voice mail. I have tried calling it to get my number removed from thier list.  I have been ***g up on several times.  I have also tried asking to speak to a manager. I get transferred to a voicemail box that tells me it can not except any more messages because it is full.  What is up with this place?

I have gotten the same message as Maggie & Mila from this Kelly at 1-800-319-4934 ext. 1250.  I have received this message on my work voice mail about 6 times now.  I have called back and spoken to "one of the representatives" twice to ask my name to be removed from their calling list - but to no avail.  Today, I called and finally got a live person and asked to speak to a supervisor.  I was connected to a voicemail box that told me it was full.

How do you do automatic callbacks to her number?  She just doesn't give up!!!  I was going to **** a whistle in her ear today but I didn't get to the phone on time.

Kelly gave her call back number as 1-800-319-4934 ext 1250.  Said she's with QCSS and then said "I'm calling regarding your credit card debt (which I don't have) and the high interest rates they carry. And I have here your database in our records and it looks like we would be able to cut your payments in half...So give us a call back. We are able to help..."That was so annoying that I'm going to go out of my way to set up automatic calling so that my restricted number will call her ext number at least 50 times each day.This company is listed with BBB (F rating) as a mortage services business. The very same message from Kelly stating she has my records in front of her and can reduce my credit card debt.  I did not call the number and wasn't going to.  I have credit but very little.  This also came to my work number.

I recieved a call on my office phone from Kelly stating she has my records in front of her and she can reduce my high interest credit card debt. Wow, my one $1000 high interest credit card. I did a chapter 13, 8 years ago and have not recreated the process of putting myself in debt a***n. Obviously this company is struggling for leads and has no records just telemarketing.

The caller was a woman and she told me she was looking at my credit records and could cut my debt in half. She gave me 1 800 319 4934 extension 1250 and told me I had to call back today. She left this message at my work number. She did not know my name.

I received the exact same message on my work phone from "Kelly".  Federal Government work phone, I might add.  When I called back and asked how they got my records and exactly WHAT records they had, they said oh we don't have records for this phone number after all.  I then said, "so you lie when you call people"?  I called later and asked the male who answered (Mike) his last name and he said, I don't have to give you that information". I said you don't seem to have a problem calling Federal Government numbers.  They also wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor.  He said I was lying and ***g up.  Who do you report these people to?

Exact story as above.  800 319 4934 x 1250.  On caller id shows up as 886 766 4271.  Her name was Kelly and she stated she had my records in front of her and could help me pay off my debt a LOT sooner (I too do not have a credit card).  She stated I would need to call the 800 # by the end of the day.  This call came to my work phone number.

800 319 4934 acutally shows up as 886 766 4271 on caler ID and the message was from Kelly that she has my records in front of her and they can help me with my credit card debt ( which I dont have a credit card) and to call back the 800 # before the end of the day. This call was on my office phone, why are they calling me there ?

The number shows up on caller id as 714-869-0054.when you try to call this number back you get a fax signal I would answer I would hear a woman on the other end and when I say*****o I cant here anything....and ****s up...
