I have been faxed repeatedly from this company for there Health Insurance Program. I called a***n to be removed and explained my disgust with the matter. John Miller the Rep decides to ignore my complaint and try to sell me on the program. I tried to get his manager on the phone, asked for their company address, name of company etc. He refused to provide me any of this information. They also have their number blocked when faxing to people. Don't figure! Needless to say I lost my temper and had a few words for him. I tried calling back to get someone else to provide me some information a woman answered who was even more rude than the first guy. She ***g up on me. Finally, I received a call from John Miller posing as his boss and once a***n tried to sell me on insurance. Are these people for real?

I have called to remove my number (518-272-3644) which is a fax number. They stated number was removed; however, I still receive faxes. PLEASE REMOVE ME!!!!!!!

Within the last month we have gotten over 30 faxes from this "company". I am s****ign to keep the faxes for my records. I call the "removal" line and remove the number, then i receive another fax from the same place but this time with a different number at the top which is not even our fax number so I go through removing 4 different numbers and then get a blank one. At this piont I am getting very annoyed, So we get another with the first number we removed on it. I call the number a***n and that recording says the number was already removed. So finally after 4 weeks of this I call the number (800-320-9908) I had called right after the fax came today 01-28 and it went to some man named Chris's voicemail. So I call a***n at 3:00 about and someone picks up. I said nicely*****o may I please speak to someone who is in charge or deals with the faxes. He said it was him so I s****ed by saying that I have called and removed our number but it and he rudly cuts me off and says yeah just hurry up and tell me the number so we can get this done. I could not believe it. He is dealing with these faxes. So I remained nice and told him the number and he said okay bye I said NO i have another number he said yeah 3800 and i told him no it is coming through on 3572 which is not even a fax number and before I could finish anything he said yep okay bye. I can not believe them. Then the day before this fax we had call too and they ***g up on us so we called back and he said he was going to put it through and low and behold then send this with a different number.
