I have used them to ship many things. From vending ma****es to pallets of landscape rock. They usually call to check in every so often. They have great rates and customer service.

Calls to pester about freight products. I usually just **** up.

Unsolicited telemarketing call by FreightQuote in violation of Do Not Call list. Reported at DoNotCall.gov of course.

Do not use this company.  They mislead you on services, bill for things you never received, and are incompetent after you agree to use them.   Avoid at all costs.

If you have caller id and see any call that you do not want to answer, mute your phone, and pick up the receiver.The computer will connect them to you, and they will hear nothing.It will confuse them and sooner or later they stop calling.

they just called & ***g up without saying anything, why would they do that if they were soliciting business?  Doesn't sound very business-like to me.  Sounds more like telemarketers....

i used to use freghtquote.com at my last company.  our rep was super nice & very helpful.  i have a new company now & am ***med he's no longer w/FQ.  we plan on giving them another try w/a new rep.  hope the new guy is as good!  sorry to hear all the horror stories.  my experience w/FQ has been nothing but positive.  including a 10+ min call trying to figure out w/cust. svc. who my old rep was at the old company!  she was patient!

These guys call in the early, early morning and in the afternoon.  Completely unsolicited.  I hope they get sued.

I got a call from Freight Quote because so****ing was shipped to me once a few months back.  The gal was friendly and asked if I ever shipped anything outbound.  She checked some rates and found that she would save me over $300 a month on the little shipping I do.  Now I can afford to go have several nice meals out on the town each month.These people seem to know what they are doing and can save you money if you don't ship.  If you not just be friendly and tell them you aren't a business who knows how your number gets in their mix.  The last thing a person working on commission wants is to call someone that isn't even a business.You too can c****e the world one person at a time.

Wow, if you people just understood what freightquote was instead of just****uming that we are telemarketers it might just c****e the way you do business. get a clue people.

I love Freightquote.  They are a great tool for my business.  I can do all of it without them calling me it is great.

they just called me at work. my mobile is on the do not call list, so if it so much as rings a***n i'm filing an fcc complaint.

This number has called several times. I haven't answered. After reading this, I don't plan to.

Went through the office staff until he ultimately was passed to *****e guy got real snippy when I said I had it all under control already, then he ***g up on me.Must be having a bad day, he sounded tired.

got a call from 800-323-5441just on hold music and then it disconnected.

They played me a cool song and I put it on speaker phone and I had a dance party.  No words just a fancy 80's **** song..

Man called and asked for Freight Department.  When I told him we were under contract and were not interested.  He got mad and very very rude.  Talked **** and I ***g up

They call a few times a month. They just called and asked if they could talk to the person in charge of the shipping department. I said, "No" and ***g up. He called back a second later and got my boss. My boss just ***g up on him.

keep getting calls from "Freight Quote" wanting our business.  Have told them numerous times we do not need their services and to remove us from call list.Rather arrogant and obviously have not removed us from list or they wouldn't keep calling!!!!!

The caller asked if this was "..." (company name) and then asked if this was "..." (name).  After responding, it just went to music.  I have no idea who this is and what they wanted, but it bothered me a lot.the caller ID was 800-323-5441.  I looked it up on the internet and this is where it sent me.I hope there are no problems with this in the future.

"Wesley from Freight quote calling wanting to go over some shipping details, you SHOULD call me back at 800-323-5441 x1956. Thank you."  I have no need, nor have I solicited interest in their services. Nor have I been in need of any "shipping" or freight needs for a year and a half, since last moving.

They are a shipping company that will keep calling and calling to try and get your shipping business
