The worst mortgage servicing company in America. If you had good credit when they got your loan.... You won't when they done *****ing with you! They attached h***ard insurance to my mortgage payment saying I did not have any and when I showed them proof I was covered with state farm have refused to take off charges they added now saying I am behind on my mortgage even though I'm not!! I hate them .... They have ruined my credit and may have to sell my home to get away from them!!

If you truly have a mortgage with them ask where they are if not in USA  then refuse to speak with  them and be adamant to be transferred to there Texas office. You will have to argue with them about them not being able to handle the issue but the fight is worth it. The folks in Texas speak English and offer solutions.

Hey Mike, Steve glad your lives are so on track that you don't have to worry about this recession and jobless rate of over 10% here in Florida. I think you need a little more information before passing judgement by saying pay your Mortgage. Thanks to Clinton and the Democrats money was loaned to anyone who could produce a Social Security number and thus the collapse of the Real Estate Market to ******ou don't know there situations and I wouldn't Judge unless you are willing to be judged.

Calls no message & no one on the other end.Option One Mortgage a rip -off company.Pinnacle Financial out of business and American Home Mortgage is the servicer.I tried to modify with no luck beginning in April 2008.Asked for and never received my appraisal of February 2006.Next step letters/calls to legislators.

AHMSI are the ones making these calls.  It does not matter what hoops you jump through for this company they still harass you.  Morning, noon and night.  I have been working with them on a loan modification program and they keep asking me to fax in all the same data I have already faxed which keeps delaying the process and they harass me on top of it.  They are totally *****ing up my credit by doing this.  The papers sit there until they ask for more of the same thing.  It does not matter what you tell these people or try to do, they do not care.  I am sick of their harassment, credit robbing ways and am about to put my house on the market just to get away from them.  I have a feeling they are getting ready to run this escrow scam on me as someone else spoke of.  I would suggest if you have them to get as far away from them as possible.

I have had this company for over 14 years, had a working relationship with one of their reps (I was a real estate agent).  They were NEVER like this before the whole credit meltdown last year and they c****ed from a mortgage company to a servicing company.  Now they call me almost every day s****ing on the 2nd day of the month, even when I already have a payment scheduled.  I guess they now outsource their "servicing" to a company based in India ?If we werent so close to paying off this loan, I would refi and get rid of them.

They American Home Mortgage, a bunch of indians are their phone support, you never can talk to american live voice. Besides this they a broken company under chapter 11

Yes, the dreaded AHMSI company. I had perfect credit (801) until these idiots decided to totally ***** with my mortgage by putting an insurance escrow on my house even though I paid my insurance separately and have done so for 7 years until. Then they forced me to pay them back the escrow. They are f'in nightmare to deal with. They are all Indians who don't care what your problem is. I filed a complaint with the Attorney Gen of Texas (where they are based) and actually got a response & follow up. Slightly fixing the problem... they admitted they *****ed up but are still claiming I have to pay for an escrow I never needed or approved of. What a mess. We're in the process of re-fi'ing with ING just to get away from these *****s. It's WORTH every penny to switch to a company that doesn't outsource to freakin India. This is a prime example of big companies bullying the consumers. It's absolutely criminal & my little case is mild compared to others I've read. Some people have lost their homes over so****ing small & petty.

They never leave a messageI Am way ahead on my Payments on 1 house and have a paid for deed on my other house. So they cant be collectors for that.

When i answer the call ***ody says anything & when i call the number back its a morgage debt collection agency but i dont own a home. I have tried 2 remove my number numerous times but they keep calling many times daily. Im almost tempted 2 c****e my number.

Even if I answer they keep calling and leaving messages.  I am sick of it and I am going to look into complaining about herasment from this company.
