CCS (Credit Collection Services) sent a letter to our house claiming we owed Geico $844.56. We have never had Geico. This is a complete scam. DO NOT PAY THEM!

They claimed it was a warning notice and gave me a number to look up.

WELL THIS **** ALSO SENT ME A WARNING IN MY HOUSE MAIL. ALL WAS WRITTEN IN HUGE BIG LETTERS WARNING ME OF A PAYMENT FOR $300.00 THE NAME ON LEFT CORNER SAYING WHOM IT WAS COMING FROM & TO PAY TO ""PREMIER INS. CO." NOW WHOM THE***** ARE THEY/THOSE? I SURELY WOULD LIKE TO KICK THEIR ****S IN OR EVEN REPORT THESE NO GOOD RATS ETC... NO WAY WAS I TO SEND A PENNY OF THAT **** THING!!

Credit Collection Services mailed me a letter stating I owed them some money and they did mention a recently closed account that I had. However, I had never received ANY notice of ANY bill from that company. I spoke to some lady on that telephone number provided on that same day. She urged me and tried to convince me to pay with check or CC that same day. I told her I would pay later. It all sounds official, however, when I went to their web site (warningnotice.com), I smelled a rat and realized this is not a legitimate site.

i wanted to pay in payments but now they want me to pay in full amount an i already paid $200 but because i didnt tell allstate if i had insurance they send me to ccs and charge a extra 1,000

they call every Sunday and whenever I actually answer, they **** up!!

When you try to look up the people that states i have a debt i am unable to find them. this is crazy......

They called my place of employment and left the voice message to log onto www.forwardingnotice.com and gave me a ref number to enter. I do not know who this company is and I do not appreciate calls to my place of employment.

I keep getting calls from an 800 number (CCS)telling me to go this web site www.forwardingnotice.com and type in ref.# 09001983589 First of all, no where to type in the number and it is a recording. I don't know what I owe!! Can't talk to a human. This is rediculous for one thing, I think it is a scam. Why can't this be stopped? I am on the "Do not call list" We must fight back!!

CCS keeps calling for a party that does not live in this house. I tried calling them, but they say to call during business hours - it is 1145 in the morning. They said to use their web site, but you can't get one their web site. They say to call them and they will remove the number from their file - only problem is that you cannot get ahold of them. RIP OFF bottom feeder debt collectors.

Said it was a debt collection, which is not true. I have no bills past due. Said to go to forwardingnotice.com and enter a number.

I have had a dozen calls from someone I never heard of telling me I could consolidate my credit card debt by transferring the balances and have a lower interest rate if I agreed to be charged a one-time fee of $439.00 that very day. Then the representative, who knew all the banking lingo and the regulations, said that 7-10 business days later I would receive all the proper paperwork, including information about this bank. Unfortunately, I was really stressed out that day and I cannot find my notes. Anyway, he told me that it was a legitimate bank that had been around for 40 years. He also said that if anything was a problem, I could call my current credit card company, the one that was charged the $439, and they would have to credit it back. So I told him, "Let me get this right, you get $439, then what am I supposed to say when my credit card company asks me if I authorized the transaction? What legal leg do I have to stand on then? More than likely, I won't be able to reach you. He go really insulted and tried to make me feel guilty about taking the bait. They call all the time...You would think the goverment wouls do somthing? I know I am going to do some homework on stoping it. So should others. Its another way for big companys to ***** people.

I just got a new cell phone at work and I am receiving calls to collect a debt from the previous cell number holder. Both the 800 number they provided for customer service and an 877 number they provided to report a wrong number are invalid.

They have called my mother's house # asking for me and left their website and my account number. They also sent me a letter stating that I owe "allstate insurance"... I never even owed a car! I am going to the police station to file a complaint.

saids that I owe money, and had doubled the amount, since last month. Calls every week, but now had stopped.

I recently got a new cell phone and the previous owner is recieving calls from said phone numbers. I have followed their prompts and attempted to have them stop but to no avail they continue to call. It eats at my minutes little by little and is annoying!!

I receive constant calls asking for someone who is not here, they say to **** us if it is not you, then they call back, Now they give an 800 number to remove your number if it is not you and it is disconnected. STOP THESE IDIOTS

I have received repeated calls from this company. When I call back or attempt to enter the site they gave with the file name it stated account could not be found. I feel harrased and would like to cease and desist communication but have no way to contact them.

They never say who they are, and when I stay on the line, they never come on, All they are doing is using up my daytime minutes.

Credit Collection Services continue to send me a collection notice RE: victoria insurance group. I tried calling the number 1800-3266400 and get a welcoming answer directing me to another number 'for stimulating conversation'. This is scam & probably fraud. I will direct this call and continued collection notices to the BBB and FTC

Notice of amount due on car insurance. Was ready to pay before I read their web page and and saw all the comments. I did talk to the insurance company and we due owe the money (through a misunderstanding), but I' not sending CCS any money ove the internet with my Visa number.

WE called them after getting a letter saying that we owed money to a credit collection service for "Farmers Insurance". We called 1-800=326-6400 to tell them we knew we did not owe the money. They argued with us but finally agreed it had been a misunderstanding, but refused to send us a letter that the situation was resolved. We believe this is a scam operation. Be careful of them!

I get calls at all ends of the day and into the evening from this number they leave threating messages I have recorded them off the answering ma****e a letter was even sent stating calls are the cease .

Said "Hello" and no one responded.
