Leave a CommentYes..this is a call from TRS (Texas Recovery Services)in Texas and they are a debt collector. Now if I'm not mistaken, it's illegal for them to represent themselves as someone else when trying to collect on a debt. Do not call them back! If it was really your car insurance they would have said who they were with and all you have to do is check your insurance card for the customer service numbers.
Update on previous note. I called this number & it is a debt collector of some kind. She lied about the insurance info. The name of the company is: Adams Morse &****oc in New Hampshire. Beware! Don't give them info!
Someone named Heather called, left a message to call 80-328-8239 X421. Said she had a question about my car insurance. No name or number was on caller ID. Wouldn't a reputable company have a name & number showing? I am with a big, reputable insurance co & I am current on my payments.
