Leave a CommentActually I am chiming in to let you know that I ordered a magazine subscription for This Old House, this falls under the Time Warner domain, I saw the charge on my credit card and was alarmed until i realized that it was my magazine order. They should really name the magazine on the CC bill to eliminate confusion!!!!
I have a charge of $22.50 on my credit card,but unable tofigure what for.
On my newest Visa charge sheet it reflects the following "11/13 TWX subscriber Svc" 800-330-0378 NY@ $20.00." I did not request any magazines or service from this number. A call to this number at 5:25 p.m. Sunday reached customer service. I see there are many other complaints regarding service provided by the company which uses this number.
This credit card charge must be for special offer for magazine subscriptions.
