Leave a Commentcalling "on behalf of Microsoft" asking for someone that worked here years ago. Didn't have a call back number. My experience is that Microsoft keeps better records than that (they did creat Access!) and have in-house marketing for seminars and such, not outsourcing.
I have gotten calls from them serval times, and i finally called the number back. The lady was actually nice and took me off their caller list. Not much of a hassle really...
