This company calls our business 4 times/day looking for a past employee. We have told them on many occasions we cannot release information without written consent from the employee and to stop calling. But they don not stop.

If it's that important, then LEAVE A MESSASGE...if not then, STOP CALLING!!! Seriously!!!

These people will not leave me alone. They just caLled a***n and its after 8pm! I tried calling back and all they ask for is a social security number.

These idiots have called me 7 times tonight. I have asked them to stop calling and yet they continue. How do we get them to stop? This is ridiculous. I called them back and they forwarded me to their collections department. I DO NOT EVEN HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH HFC!!! Yet they have called me 3 more times since I called them back. No wonder we had to bail out so many banks. They waste money calling people who do not want to talk to them.

Never knew who these peope where and they need to stop call because they are not in the picture and nee to stop calling. The money that is paid goes to the company that has the account.  Everybody tries to get in on the money business.  STOP CALLING ARE YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY A LAWYER!!!!!!!!

I have got 4 call in 3 days for two dif. people! One Is my wife! We wil not call them back! and donot want their call!

Calls several times a day-all week, 7 days, but never leaves message on answering ma****e. I don't know if there is some law or so****ing but others like GE DO leave a message. It is very frustrating and annoying!Does anyone know if debt collectors are required to leave a message AND if the are supposed to call Monday thru Friday and only from 8AM to 9PM? I can not seem to get clarification on this. Also, if it is a business is it not REQUIRED that their name show up on caller ID? Curious to know these answers. TIA

***!! I thought it was just me! These people are calling for someone else. I have told them repeatedly that they have the wrong number and they keep calling. I said so and so doesn't live here and they said 'thank, we'll call back later' and ***g up. ***!! I called the phone company to block them.

By the way, HSBC is Bank of ****a. Not kidding, true.

They called like 8 times in a period of 6 hours. I called back and a ma****e said so****ing extremely similar to At&t trying to make people believe it's At&t then asked me to put my social security number so right away I knew it was a scam so I ***g up. When they called a***n I answered and it was a guy and said the name of their company (not At&t)but talked too fast. He immediately ***g up on me when i said the person they were looking for was unavailable

Yep, they call our number, too...a zillion times a day!  Never leave a message on our ma****e either.  They were even calling all day long yes****ay - JULY 4th!!!!

UNBELIEVABLE AMOUNT OF TIMES THEY CALL EVERY 1/2 HOUR FROM 7:55AM TO 9:00PM - OBSESSIVE IGNORANT.

calls s****s as early as 8am and don't stop until 9pm daily averaging at least 2 to 3 phone calls an hour. It is never a live person. when the answer ma****e picks up all you get is a dial tone. Its there anyway to block out these 800 numbers? Don't they know there is a recession going on? Payments may be late and not always what they are asking for but I am making an effort to pay so****ing. I'm not going let my rent, gas, light, phone, car note, or car insurance go unpaid to appease them.

There are an average of 9 calls per day no one ever on the other side and no message is left. I think that cons***utes abuse if your automated system is configured to NAG with no facility to actually communicate a message.

The callers have been calling my house for five days and they get an at***ude when I will not release any of my financial information. They request that I make a payment through them and I have told them I will not be releasing my information to them.

I agree, HSBC/Beneficial is the s*** of the earth as far as creditors go.  I have already encouraged everyone I know not to do business with them, and I hope others will do the same.

They never answer bu they call at least 30 times a day

The call my work cell phone number at least 9 times a day, even on the weekends.  They continue to call even after I have informed them that it is a work number.

NEVER leaves a message! The calls s**** at 8:05 a.m. and sometimes continue every 15-30 minutes until 8:55 p.m.

I just called blocked them. Called me at 8:15 in the morning.

call them back 20 times a day and say hey what up *****!   if everyone one would call them 20 times a day their phone will ring off the hook with calls, which can cost them 25 cents each.  put them out of business using their own tactics.  ask for wilbur the ****s***ual.

They s**** calling at 8am and call every 1/2 hour to 45 mins. It so bad now that I just turn the ringer off! I know I owe them but I do not need to be reminded that much!

Frustrating to say the least! The last one-ma****e picks up, the guysays "hello" then ****s up. Never a message. If I owe money to someone, give the courtesy of saying who you are!

Continuous calling to a cell phone my child has. 15 calls in a 2 week period.

HSBC Beneficial begins calling at 8:00 a.m. and about every hour to two hours until evening.  Payment has been made (did not ever reach a 30 day late) yet they continue their persistent harassment. They have s****ed calling my work number as well and my boss is not amused!

they called my cell phone twice today, but no message. I don't answer my cell unless I know who it is, so as not to use up my minutes.

they call about every 3 to 4 or more hours. S****ing at 8:00 a.m I'm at work, but I still have kids here who have to listen to the ringing. It wakes them, and makes a disturbance in sleep for my Dysthemic Son.(sleep disorder)

I given up telling them to stop calling. Instead i repeatly call women callers c**ts and men c*******ers. Their still calling but i think they will soon remove my number from their list. The women get very offended... LOL

These people are real idots. We have told them and told them we are going through Debit Reduction and they have not quit calling. They call up to 25 times aday and each one wants to give us a better loan and cannot take no for an answer. I just wish they'd quit calling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

Someone called from this number and left an incomplete voicemail message. I'm sure they are just blindly calling numbers as the company I work for does not do business with BHF.

Computer dialer. Calls 10 to 15 times a day and never leaves any message. When I try to answer I just get silence.

They are looking for someone who used to have my phone number. They call 3-4 times an hour and have ignored my request to cease and desist since I'm not who they are looking for.

These idiots call at all hours fromm numerous phone numbers. This is the newest one. Pakastain callers......HSBC  should be put out of business for harassing people the way they do.......Esp when you tell them your not intersted indoing business with them..insted they call 8 times a day 7 days a week.

They call never leave a message. It shows up on my caller id as:"Out Of Area and the no. 1-800-333-4758"I called back and a pre-recorded message says "Thankyou for calling HFC Beneficiary customer service" I looked it up on the net and i found "loan company".
