XM created a small collections company to act as a threat to customers. This is not a contract service like a cell phone. They hold no legal right to harass you after the trial or after your prepay runs out. They simply refer you the the web-site. I was a customer for 3 years and NEVER NEVER NEVER will I give them business a***n. I have also told many people to avoid XM and go to Sirious because of there unfair practices. I also reported this along with tons of other angry people to the consumer affiars division.
my husband has XM. since he canceled one of his links they have been calling here daily. no one on the line though...but it comes up this number. Of course HE isnt home to take the call. and i am tired of it. personally if it keeps up I am going to beg him to switch to Sirius
i keep getting calls all day and evening from this 800 335 6800 at home and on my cell phone. I have no idea who they are and why they are calling
They keep calling when I am not home while I am at work. They also call looking for my brother while my mom is in bed. I can't put up with it anymore.
They call every few hours and never leave a message. I canceled my subscription with them and they keep trying to get me back. I am keeping a log of all the calls that they make and will send them an invoice demanding payment for my cell phone minutes.
