Comcast survey to see how the rep I spoke to did. Their contractor broke a few things in the neighborhood causing issues, but the rep I spoke to helped as much as possuble and gave me a monthly discount for 6 months.

ComCast - threaten to c****e to another provider. You'll be surprised how much they'll drop your monthly rate.

It this is Comcast calling, they need to be honest with the public and c****e their caller ID to show who is calling rather than just show TOLL FREE CALL.

I didn't realize it was the COMCAST survey. I talked to a technician and received GREAT service.. Didn't realize this was for their survey or I would have answered.

Called and I didn't answer, checked this site and found out it was Comcast.  They called a***n a few minutes later.  Customer satisfaction survey that I supposedly agreed to.  Only problem is I'm NOT a Comcast customer, this being one of many reasons why!!  Idiots.

Number is from Comcast. They use this line to conduct their surveys. In my case it was after a technician came out and fixed a faulty line to my modem. Not sure why they setup their survey system the way they do. They would get better results if they would just setup their caller ID to show the call is Comcast Survey or so****ing like that.

The number is for Comcast Survey that you okay for them to call you back and answer a few questions in regards the efficiency of the Service person or whomever. There will be no message asthe entire thing is automated. If the person from Comcast resolves your problem satisfactorilythey then deserve some credit.

Was automatically blocked due to being a toll free number.

Caller stayed on the line for a short period of time, left no message and then called back fifteen minutes later and still no message!

I should have read all the way to the end -- it was Comcast with a phone survey.  They might want to put up a different display for caller ID

Two calls from this number this morning.  Didn't answer either one and the message left of voicemail was just a broken word then empty air.

I called Comcast today...What a surprise!  The technician who****isted me solved a major problem in 17 minutes. Didn't answer the call, but I will next time...I like to give credit where it is due and this young lady was great!

Thanks! That's exactly who this was. I called comcast earlier today and pressed the survey prompt in error.

Comcast call back survey on how bad there service was... it was as usual TOTALLY ****Y.   man comcast ****s.

If you call Comcast, the automated system will ask you if you would like to take a survey about your call afterwards.  If you press YES then the automated system asks you to punch in the number you want it to call back, and then calls back in a half hour or so and will try a couple more times until it gets someone.

I called back the number.  It's Comcast calling.

Just happened to me today.  3 times.  I ignored it the first time.  No voicemail was left.  I wasn't at my phone the next two times they called.

called I DID not answer since I do not know this caller...caller ***g on without leaving a message...for approx 1 1/2 minutes...NO CALLS will ever be answered if I do not know numbers...of these scammers...On a Sat at 4:28pm??? I don't think so,,,in fact NEVER!
