You are not kidding!  I made the same mistake of calling them for information because my parents are elderly and dad had 2 ******s in dec.  They refuse to leave their home,.....so I thought this would be a good thing for them.  HOWEVER, I found another company (local to them) that was much cheaper, so when LifeAlert called me the first time, I told them I was NOT INTERESTED.  Now they call AT LEAST 15-20 times per week.  They also send post-cards saying they are "trying to reach me, but have not been able to and to please call them".  These post cards do not say who they are from.....just a phone number.  I just happen to recognize the number.  These people are RELENTLESS!  They will NEVER stop calling!

This is Life Alert and once they get your number they will not stop calling ( they have been calling me  4 to 5 times a day) and they do not take no for an answer

The company that is calling you is Life Alert. I made the mistake of calling these people a couple of months ago.  I have a unlisted number so I gave them another number that is just voice mail.  They called the number that was unlisted after they attempted to call me at the other number several times.  I have called them several times to ask them to stop calling me.  I told them if I was interested I would call them.  Then they continued to call me.  These people are rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional.  The manager that I spoke to was laughing at me just as he got on the phone, and when I asked him about that he became very defensive, dodged the issue, and told me that I was unstable and mentally ill.  When I told him that no one would do business with a company that has reps that behave this way, he said that he saves lives.  Right!  I don't think this is a reliable company to do business with if they hire reps and managers that behave this way.  There are other companies that provide a similar service.  Do not do business with these ****s.  A company is only as good as it's weakest link, or manager in this case.
