Calls at least once a week. I always let it go to voicemail, and they always leave a blank voicemail (several seconds of silence).

I NO LONGER answer my cell phone unless I recognize the phone number. I got a call from this number. They did not leave a message. I am thinking this is SPAM since they did not leave a message. If someone calls me and I do not answer my phone and they wanted or needed to talk to me they would leave me a message, correct? To call me from an UNRECOGNIZED phone number and then not leave me a message is SPAM to me!!!

My phone number is on the Do Not Call **** but this number shows up on caller ID. They don't leave a message.

This number s****s now calling me on my work phone - just today. Before them, I got harrassed for nearly half a year by Focus Payments (yeah, these ****ers from India...) which got converted into BCE who - don't ask me how - got ahold of my business cell phone!This harras*****t is born by DirectTV who boked me in the wrong plan where they charged me $10 over the prior agreed monthly service charge. I refused to pay and called them a couple of times to get their billing straight...but...as you can only expect from this gangsta company...they kept on billing till they shut me down last year!Focus ****ers did not like me picking up the phone and scrat****g over the speaker (must have sounded great at the other end, lol) and they quit calling after 2 weeks of this "special treatment".BCE is now on auto reject on my cell. They then s****ed calling from a different number which is also on the reject list now.And now this one...DRSI...I just won't pick up.It's just annoying what they are doing, but I'm not gonna shuffle these $200 up DirectTV's ***...Good luck with your special treatment (whatever it is, lol)

They call me, there is a long silence, then recording says this is a number for... then another recording.... ***dy.  Tnen - after that - nothing.And I am the 'Do not Call' federal list.

I too am getting calls from 1-800-348-2301.  When I call back, I get a recording that you have reached "Bill and Sandy Ellsworth."  the 1-800-348-2301 number is now calling me twice per day.

1-800-348-2301 is Designed Receivable Solutions Inc.  It is a Collection Agency that provides services for businesses (for a fee) to collect unpaid debt such as hospital bills.  They keep calling my home number, repeatedly, asking for somebody that does not live here.  I tell them there is no one here by that name and they continue to call.  what part of that don't they understand?  I call it harassment.

I have no ****** clue who is calling me, but somehow they have my name and cell phone number, (which I don't give out to anyone but friends), and I turned my cell phone off for about 8 hours today and when I turned it back on I had 4 calls from this number saying nothing but that they wanted to talk to me, were not selling anything, and were "DRSI". This seems like a****ential iden***y theft scam. I'm sure not giving them any personal information, but I'd sure like to know how they got what they have!!

These people from DRSI at 1-800-348-2301 continue to call me.  I do not owe them anything, but they continue to call.

I got a call from this number today, 10/7/08. It was an automated call first saying it was an important issue regarding...they gave my cousins name. I was a bit freaked out so of course I called back after them refrencing a family members name. When I called back they asked me my name and what was the reason I was calling. I explained that an automated message instructed me to call back becuase it was important. They also asked me to what number they, that company, had called me to, I responded that to this numbere from which I was calling back, my landline, and then the man asked for my number, I gave it to him. Then he asked my to spell my name, I did. He asked me if I still lived in "gave me a name" I responded "what's that" they replied "do you live in ____ st?" I replied "no I live in ____st and have never lived in the st you mentioned." So then I asked "why did your company call me, whats the reason I got a phone call?"  Well my computer shows me that you made a visit to downy and there is a balance that has to be payed. I asked "whats downy" he replied "downy medical center." I told him I have never been to downy medical center and have no clue where it is located. He replies, "well there is a balance that needs to be paid and we were hoping you could cover it." I asked "who's name is the bill under?" at this point i was waiting for him to make reference to my cousins name since the automated call initially had said the call was regarding her. He replied its under "Susan." I told him "Susan, what's Susans last name," he gave it to me. I then proceeded to tell him that I did not know any Susan _____ and that I never lived in the steet address he had mentioned earlier. I said "I think you have the wrong person and the wrong number, I have never lived in ____st, I don't know a Susan _____ and have never been to downy medical center so I'm not going to pay. He replied, "ok well get rid of it" and then ***g up.This was a weird call. I for sure did not give them, a birth date, SSN, and didn't give any specifics on my location. What I did give him was my full name and st name but not the actual address. I hope they dont call a***n

around 7:30 pm someone call my home phone and ask about my name i said yes this is mehe said sorry, it is wrong #

They called me I do not have any bills with anyone they have called 3 times this week finally I told them that Kim was not here and they left a message and they have me their information and said tell kim I am not selling anything but it is important we speak to her.
