just block the call on your phone if you have an android most phones have the option to block.certain.numbers which is what I'm doing to this number now :)

In my experience with collections agencies as soon as they identify themselves clearly state... "This call is being recorded.  All further correspondences should be sent to me via US mail.  Do not call my phone a***n or I will sue you for harrassment".  I usually never hear from them a***n.

I've been receiving messages from them on my cell phone for over four years! I have called and spoken with several of them telling them quite clearly that I am not the person for whom they are looking. They tell me, usually quite rudely, that they will take my number off their call list. Usually they do for a period of months but then they s**** up a***n. I use a prepaid cell phone, so every time I check voice mail it costs me money. About 80% of the time, it's their messages in my voice mail box. I hate them. They are rude, ******, and obnoxious. Shame on me for not c****ing my number yet, but I hate to to have to do that when it's their problem to fix, not mine. I've filed claims with the BBB and FCC. I guess threatening civil action is next.

I just got a call from them and this is the third time. Would not identify themselves or tell me why they were calling. Have the numbers blocked now, but still...rude, and intimidating. "You only do yourself damage by not identifying yourself" is what he told me after I nicely explained that would give him nothing he asked for until he identified who he was and why he was calling, then ***g up on me. This SCREAMS scam to me.

They called my grandmothers house, states away from me telling her that I owed money????? !!!!

I got the same called, but they left a voicemail. "this is an important message for( my last name) if you are not ( my last name ) please **** up, but if you are ( Last Name)....lol... we should all have google voice so we can block this kind of people.

man calls me at 8:40pm telling me to pay my bill.. I asked him what bill is that? refused to tell me..I asked him a***n to repeat company he is working for, but after asking several times he finally said ER Solutions, I asked for his name, he sd Terrance Jones, I asked a***n for the 5th time, what bill are we talking about? but he continued to say "you know which one, just pay your bill" advised a***n which bill? I dont have no bills in collection, he refused, his NASTY at***ude, his AGGRESIVE approach, I feel this is a scam!!!!

It's ER Solutions who are a 3rd party debt collecting agency in Renton, WA & Bellevue, WA. They use 425-562-3215, 1-800-350-9095 and various 206 numbers. I never answer calls that aren't in my phone. You can tell them a million times you're not the party intended but if you're the last known phone # they have for the person they're looking for, they will continue to call. Even if you just received the new phone #. They don't believe you. I've spoken to "supervisors" and several "agents". These people are the most uneducated, tacky and nasty people I've ever talked to in my life. So, I continue to ignore them but they only call around 2 times a week. The easiest way is to c****e your phone #.

this company called in an intimidating voice and left msg. Well cells take a msg. and it says that if we dont **** up then we acknowledge that we are who they are calling. i dont answer unknown or out of the ordinary #'s so because it take a msg the cell doesn **** up they keep calling.

Same experience. I never called back though. None of the information he gave me was legitimate or reasonable. It just didn't add up. But I am disappointed that they have my number.
