called my cell # (which is on a do-not-call list)...when I answered, the line was dead...

This number calls my house every day. I answer it. No one is there. So i called it back, It said, some Law Office. And tells me To enter the code.. I dont have a code.. And, I am . On the do not call list. They even call on Sundays. And, Late at night. Could some one help me. Thank you..

Ugh!  These people will not stop calling my #. They don't leave a message and I finally called back and it was that Mitchell and Kay?? law firm.  I don't owe anyone anything so I know it's not for me.  I think next time I will just answer and tell them where to shove it.

Absolutely, it is a debt collection agency under the umbrella of a law firm using a phone bot to dial multiple debtors simultaneously.

I get a call from this number every week and they will not leave a message. Thsi is very annoying.

I have got several calls from these people.First one was Mr. Hernandez,(why would you say mr. bla bla bla anyway, and not just the first name ) w/ aurgent message and a ref. #. they always make sure that you undertand that they r a law firm.So u would fear them.i do have a charge off on my report however the bank that i had the dept w/ got bought out by another bank and that makes me think these people r fishing for $...cause they always mentionthe old banks name, not the new one.I would not trust them...it is very easy to find out what depts people have now days..

My phone rings about 4 times, I pick up there is ***ody there, it ends call.

Keep getting harassing calls all time of the day. They keep asking for someone who does not live here. Asked them to stop they havent. Very annoying!!!!!

They try and tell you it's your final chance to renew your car's warrenty. I asked them to remove me from their call list and he said he would. He was very polite, but let's see what happens.

Received a message that this was an attempt to collect a debt for Katie Smith and gave a reference number. I have had my phone number for 30 + years and, of course, I am not Katie Smith.

There was a msg that was left that was not automated, however they were calling for someone that had not lived at the number for almost 15 yrs!

automated call, "this message is for...***d... wells...", and told me that if I wasn't, "...***d...wells", to disregard the message, "this message will continue in three seconds"

I have no idea who this is for .. Ever since I got my cell in Oct. keep getting these 800 calls, most I've been able to stop by talking to who calls .. but this one, as soon as I say*****o, they **** up.

called to annoy me.  looking for james gore, not me.  says its a legal issue.  i thought i was on the do not call list?  how do i get them to stop?

this number calls asking for the previous owner of my phone (i screen all my calls) about some case number, i'm tempted to be like "come and get me ****ahs!!"

Mitchell Kay is one of those *****er jack collection lawyers in New York.  They buy delinquent accounts from music clubs, store credit cards, etc. for pennies on the dollar and run a call center that hounds people into paying them.If you don't live in New York state, they're little chance they're going to sue you.

i too have recieved **** up calls from this company.  when i returned the call, the answering voice says "Thank you for calling the Law offices of Mitchell and Kay, or Mitchelline Kay" Afterward I was asked to leave my 8 digit control number.  When I spoke to a human, I heard many voices in the background, like a telemarketing phone call.  I gave them my phone number they called, but they wanted my name before they would tell me why they were calling.  I refused to give them my name, they refused to reveal the nature of the call?Very strange.

Received a call from the "Law Offices of Mitchell K" from a Mr. Lopez  Would not reveal what this was about only to give them a call and left an 8 digit case number or so****ing.  Probably has so****ing to do with Plaza****ociates.
