John Anthony with this Lombardo and Goldman firm (he said he is an investigatore) called and said there is a affidavit of signed fraud a***nst my SS #. Keeps calling work phone and cell phone. When I called back the receptionist put the phone down on the desk and I could here her typing and never contacted me to this person. I do not know anything about any fraud.

I got a call from James Lincoln who said he worked for Lomabardo davis and goldman. He said that they were attempting to collect a debt on a payday loan that i had received. I have pd $200 on this debt and now I am filing bankruptcy. When I told him that and gave him the name and number of my attorney, he told me that it stated in my contract that I couldn't file bankruptcy on this debt. Then a week later, he sent a fax to my job wanting employment verification and called me at work a***n. He got real hateful and I simply told him the name and number of my attorney a***n and ask him not to ever call me at work. The nerve of some people!

I gave them my information as well b/c they provided me with the loan company that I do owe money to. I hope it is going to be okay!

This is causing stress on me. I wish I k now what to do with this people. Calling me saying I owe money and will file a lawsuit a***nst me from a payday loan. When he verified my information, he does not even have my correct address, of course I did not tell him that. Is there any way we can stop this kind of harrassment?

LDG is a collection agency in Buffalo, NY passing themselves off as a law firm...don't let the LLC behind their name fool you - it has nothing to do with being a law firm...they have been threatening me for months with charges of fraud for not paying off a loan but why haven't I received a court judgment or order a***nst me?  They even threatened to send Sheriffs to my mother-in-law's house because they called her and she wouldn't give them my new contact information.  I wish I could get my hands on the **** who called her house!!!

Yes they called me too. I don't know what they are talking about and they are causing problems at my job. If I do own them money then you would think they would like you to keep your job. And call all the time. But when they call my cell number they **** up when I answer. Does anyone know what to do about these people?

They are collectors for pay day loans. Not sure if they are legal or not. Check into them.
