Received a call on 3/5/09 from "TOM JONES".  He knew where my copy ma****e was rented from, the make and model, etc.  He said some bs about toner going to the wrong address, said someone was going to come out and check my copy ma****e b/c it was in the contract.  Asked if I had a replacement toner cartridge there b/c they would need it to do the cleaning.  I told him I didn't order any toner b/c I've dealt w/ ******s like this guy before. He ***g up.  Doubt I will get a call next week, but kind of want to at the same time so I can b***h him out for being such a s*** bag loser.

I Received a call from a Tom Jones with Customer Service.  He said he was manager and that I would receive a call shortly confirming my order.  He called acted like he was from the office where we purchased our office printer from. He acted as though the ink that we did not purchase was shipped to a different place and called to confirm the information, address and phone number and even your name.  Shortly after I ***g up with him. I received another call from his rep confirming my information.  I just ***g up.
