Leave a CommentI signed up for a discount health care program on April 1 and after seeing my doctor I was billed the same so I cancelled this plan on April 29 10. They talked me into paying 6 mo. in advance, however its now the 22 of June and still no refund from these people. I've asked for a supervisor and have been told there is not one.
They will tell you they can include your existing doctor in their list. But when you go to your doctor's office they will tell you NOPE they are not in their network. And do you think they will refund/return your money ... THINK A***N ...
This is a SCAM ... they will tell you can cancel anytime you want ... after 2 hours of making the transaction I called and want to cancel they told me NO YOU CANNOT CANCEL... Josh #705 told me that we don't tell them the customer that they cannot cancel when they are enrolling ... THIS IS 100% scam
These people operate illegally. I play them every time they call and lead them and get them wet thinking I'm dumb enough to give out my credit card number. I just drag it out as long as possible figuring, all that time is time that they aren't bothering someone else. Do what I do. Get even.
This is the 800 number for Healthcare One. Its a Discount Health Plan Which means it may or may not get you a discount with healthcare, it depends if they have any contracted providers in your area. It they tell you that your doctor is on their provider network (list) call your doctor's office first to make sure. They do not sell health Insurance. They do not pay claims. Always read the small print and remember if they ask for access to your checking account in order for you to receive additional information, its a telephone marketing scam.
