My sister has received the same voice mail message from someone call Ms. Altin from the same 1-800-361-2980 looking for my mother who is now bedridden and ins***utionalized in a Chronic Care Facility. This person claims to be calling from a company called Christianson Law Firm who wants to speak to my mother regarding her unpaid loan from Capital One MasterCard. She used to live with my sister prior to her poor health. My sister has had numerous calls from a collection agency before it was turned over to this Christianson Law firm. Surely if this is a collection agency disguising itself as a law firm, this most certainly illegal. Does anyone know here know how and where to complain a***nst these people? I would certainly like to bring these people to a halt if they are now resorting to these kind of lies except that I am also having some doubts if in fact there is really a law firm called Christianson Law Firm. This is also the only law firm that doesn't have a website.

Left a message claiming to be KC Holmes of the Christianson Law Firm. She claims that she must confirm employment for a former employee.Of course this is a complete lie and illegal. It's Credit Bureau Collections of Ontario, Ca***a.Call display showed 519-654-9474 and 519-654-9365.Why would somebody call my home phone number to confirm employment?They are very dishonest.
