Leave a CommentI see you are all frustrated... But did they stop calling you? how did you manage to stop the calls from this number? It's been 3 weeks, every day at least 6x, soooooo anoying!
HI, these a**holes keep on calling!!future shop still sends us bills and we still make our monthly payments. is this collections agency a fraud?? WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON?!?! why would a collections agency call unless the account is actually in collections??at least when CIBC calls it shows CIBC not the phone number and then private caller!
same here, these a***hols calls 3 to 6 times a day and when they get the person they want to talk to they will use a PRIVATE CALLER # to get that person. They wanted to talk to my about her NATIONAL BANK account that my wife does have so that haitien speaking dork at that other was suprise and ****ed up.. also I tried to call 800 # comes back not in service
I have made my payments in HSBC so I have no clue why they are calling. That number is calling me every 2 hours,i keep answering, it's telling me that there is an important call for me.. so I am holding to see what is this important call, and after a while it just keeps being very loud non-stop and after a while the call gets disconnected. Totally lame.
This number has called 12 times in the past 24 hours...the Future Shop Card - through HSBC that I have is set up so that there is no interest for 24 months...why do they care if I decide not to pay any money a particular month, if I pay the full amount by the end of the 24 months, should that not be sufficient??????? I had actually UNintentionally missed paying a payment, but that doesn't grant this harrassment! I payed double when I made the payment this month, so I hope they stop calling soon!! HSBC can rot in*****! I will NEVER give them business a***n after this!
This number has called 4 times today alone - does not leave messages, and does not respond after one "hello". Absolute harrassment.
They call a million times a day and do not leave messages. They even call my cell phone. It is SOOOOOOOOO freakin' annoying. I do not owe anything so I have no clue as to why a collection agency would call. I HATE THESE PEOPLE (and I never use the word "hate").
I DID A REVERSE LOOK UP AND FOUND THAT ITS HSBCs COLLECTION agency
THEY ARE CALLING ME every 10 minutes and when i call back...this number is aunavailable look this is straight up bs.
I think HSBC team is very ******. they do not even know how to find people they are ookinbg for. I moved to my new home and transfered number to here I have it for over 3 years now. The Idiot HSBC keep calling and asking for osmeone who used to be here. I will give them a lesson each time they call. the best word i would use is EAT s**t and DIE.thank youMVCC
I have a Futureshop card by HSBC and have been dealing with these calls too. I answer the phone and hear "You have an important call, please stay on the line..." NO. There is no ****** way I'm going to let some company call me and have a voice ask me to hold for this important call. The first time it happened I was at work and ***g up. Then there was a second call about 10 minutes later. Then another after that. And another. And another.I finally had enough and told my co-workers I would be back and walked away when the next one came in and I gave the guy s**t for calling over and over and over and explained that I am at god**** work, stop calling like that! Leave a god**** message!@They still do it. I just had one a few minutes ago and I'm sure if I ignore the others it will keep happening all day long. I made a payment to them a few days ago so maybe if I turn my phone off they'll stop when it gets processed.
I spoke to the CRTC about this, typical bureaucratic answer, it is a collection deal so they dont have any power to deal with it, maybe the provincial government YAY!! It is HSBC and the CELL phone number that I have was given to me by BELL Mobile and obviously was someone elses before who owes money. HOWEVER, I called HSBC and registered a complaint to 3 different callers there and told them to remove me from their call list and still received calls. I think it is time to get some action to stop this harassment. At least they should be required to not put you on hold and cost you air time charges if you answer, and be required to check with the phone company that the number they are calling is still registered under that client and has not been given to someone else. I would suggest that we make this known to our local MP's and perhaps look in to beginning a class action suit a***nst HSBC for harassment. I am getting interrupted by my cell phone while trying to sleep or relax, and more dangerously while driving. This is causing me stress and I am sure it must be particularly annoying to others, especially shift workers.Time to s**** do***enting and keeping a record of the calls and if anyone agrees then we should pursue a class action. I intend to copy this to HSBC if I can get an address to send it to
I keep receiving 6-7 calls a day from this number, s****ing at 8:30 every morning. The latest at night is 9 p.m. I finally got another agency to stop calling me...someone realized after several call backs to them that I was not the person they were looking for.
These people keep calling my house 8-10 times a day. I finally answered and they asked for my husband. I told them he works shift work and was not available. I told them I was his wife and they told me It didn't concern me. Well I do all the bills and know for a fact that we don't owe them anything. I got ****ed off and told them to send an f'in letter, that was yes****at, today they have already called 10 times, this is got to stop NOW.
****** idiots keep calling when i tell them they have the wrong **** number.. so what do they choose to do, say the persons last name first and then the first name now.. i tell them all the time that they are calling the wrong house.. WHY THE HECK DO THEY CALL AT 8:01AM **** fools... i wish i could go to that office and beat the s**t out of the person calling here...1800 361 5783 = a**holes
I don't owe money to anybody and how do they get cell phone numbers? calling a cell phone is illegal for collections in AB. They phone me once an hour every single day for the past week... driving me crazy
As I see it the issue is not who is calling but the fact that they call multiple times, at odd hours sometimes and leave no voice mail. The phone company (Ma Bell) says this is borderline harassment, due to the fact that they LEAVE NO details. What about people who are being harassed by someone else. If they owe money to HSBC (even on behalf of someone), that is fine, and understandable that HSBC calls for payment etc. But to do it in the manner they do is the issue. Even if you answer u are on hold, and to leave no VM when afforded the opportunity, to me that is the issue.
This is a call from the HSBC Financial accounts receivable department. They call if you're late on your HSBC Finance payment.
this number calls my voicemail at least 10X daily for the past week but doesn't leave a message.I agree that if this is a collection agency or so****ing they could at least leave a msg so I could be alerted that so****ing hasn't been paid by my "worse-half".
They keep calling me at least half a dozen times a day all week. I get a half answer on my ma****e or someone say all our operators are busy please hold. ***? This last time I actually get a person and could hardly understand her. I didn't get a company name and if she did give it to me I had no clue she was so hard to understand. They want to talk to my husband they ask for him by name. He's unavailable and I ask why they keep calling and she says this call is for so and so and then ****s up. Ok if this is a financial thing it is really unprofessional. I can always pass on the message.
