Yeah these people tried telling me i owe over $400 worth of bad checks, and when i asked her for further detailed info on who the checks were written out to, date, and amount, and when..."Jennifer" got all rude with me and would not give me information on how to disagree with this debt. I then tried explaining to her that i had my checkbook stolen and was trying to establish if this was the time frame for which the checks were written and i even offered to fax her a copy of the police report and she all but told me i was a liar, and i wrote the checks and that there is no way out of this and that they were going to file a complaint with the court, to prosecute me for writing bad checks, then she ***g up on me. However she did give me some info, their office in Columbus, Ohio is located of Brice Road between in the office buildings that US bank in in.

Dont forget you can file a complaint on the FTC website. Jennifer was very rude to me too.
