I called the number to verify and no one ever answered so I thought spam. I waited a bit and called back a***n because we have business accounts with Entergy Texas. The automated system answered and gave several menu choices and after about 3 selections, I spoke with Dawn, who really is an Entergy rep. She suggested it was SPAM because the activity mentioned on the robo call was not supported by any of their work tickets.
