That really doesn't work if you have a bill you just didn't pay

calls from every fifteen minutes to every hour, usually no one in the line or a messege saying there is a call for this line after a few miutes it says they can't connect me.andthey will call back later

Caller reached me on my private cell phone. Asked for Accounts Payable Department. Would not identify himself. This may be Consumers Energy. 2 years ago, I called them to report an electric outage in a resort town. I do not have an account with them and have repeatedly told them not to use my number.I have received numerous calls from them.

Call and call and call.  Paid my bill, last time I paid it late, they blocked me from paying online.  When you call to pay by phone, either by CC or check, they will charge you an extra $6!  I called to state that I paid my bill, these idiots tried to SELL me a plan to fix appliances in a house I do not own.BTW everyone getting many calls or you have told them to stop calling and they keep it up, Better Business Bureau them!  It works wonders.  Look up collection laws and if they are not abiding by them, make a BBB complaint!  I did this previously w/ a collection agency, they ****ed and moaned for me to remove it.  Then I sued them and won $10,000 for breaking collection laws.

Yup, consumers energy.  Their dialer goes faster than the workers and they aren't that professional.  They call, I have to wait 4 or 5 minutes for the dialer to connect to a consumer and some **** uses profanity when I can't give em a credit card.....

Consumers Energy....They dont train their reps or monitor their calls.  Some use profane language when I answer the phone and cant make an arrangement.  They dont immediately identify themselves but eventually they s**** talking about the overdue gas bill.  It wasn't even about my account.  They keep calling, and calling, even when I tell them that the person they are seeking does not live there.

Consumers is full of a bunch of a**es. Get skype...real easy to block them from calling.I have also had some free time to call back and let the recordings run...800 numbers aren't free...for them.

It's Consumer's Energy according to 20+ other people on a dif. site. I don't even own/rent a home and this is my cell they call. I don't know why they are even calling.

paid my consumers bill online and they still call. They even sent me an estimated bill for $ 500.00 for one month and the home is vacant. ****s.

These ****s called me 9 times today! I have already informed them that the payment was in the mail and they keep calling.  It is harassment but what are you going to do, in my area Consumers Energy are the only gas suppliers.

I just recieved 15 calls today and ive dont have any consumers in my name.

I received 5 phone calls yes****ay from 800-371-9811!! S****ing at 810 am, then at 1238pm, 324 pm, 502 pm, 633pm I did not even know it was Consumers Energy until I searched the web for the # and found it here, Seems like harassment to me, a payment was made at 1245pm yes****ay!

my bill was overdue pending shutoff in a few days. Recieved many calls throughout the day

I've recieved 3 calls on my cellphone today (12-06-07) from this number.  I don't own my own home, there's no reason for me to get calls from Consumers Energy.
