SUPPOSED TO BE FROM PAY PAL BUT WHEN I CALL THE PERSON THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE/MSG. DOES NOT INDICATE A COMPANY TO WHOM THIS NUMBER BELONGS. WHICH WHEN A COMPANY ANSWERS A PHONE THEY ALWAYS STATE THE COMPANY THEY ARE WITH. BUT NOT THIS COMPANY.
