Recorded message:  John Phillips with section 408 talking about mortgage relief, help with refinance, restructure, bailout programs, payment relief, etc.  Will help with mortgage and debt relief if contacted today and provides the return call number as 800-374-1414.  The message was taken by my cell phone.  I called 1-800-374-1414.  A woman answered and asked if I was seeking "mortgage relief or debt relief."  I said neither.  Before I could say another word, she ***g up on me.I called a***n.  Same voice.  As soon as I opened my mouth to utter a sound, she ***g up on me a second time.  I waited a few minutes.  The third time I tried I said, "Please don't **** up on me.  Take my cell phone number off your call list."  She said, "It's already done."  I said, "You don't know what it is.  I'm calling from my landline."  She did ask what my cell phone number was.  Before I said the final digit though, she ***g up on me.

Caller leaves message re: mortgage relief. I called the number left and got human who asked if I wanted help with mortgage or credit debt. I asked to be on do not call list and they ***g up. i called back and asked for company name and manager. Employee said they  are called Loan Release Company out of Ontario but ***g up when I asked to be on do not call list. I called back and demanded manager. was told they were in mtg. I told them I needed a return call or I would pursue complaints. They laughed, said they were soo scared and ***g up on me. Gee, why don't we all call this 800 number so much that they have to waste their time and money dealing with US for a c****e. Maybe they wouldn't laugh so much after they get THEIR next phone bill.

Same call from Brian clogging up my ma****e. Not sure why our elected officials and govt agencies are so useless re: this problem. When I called number they claimed to be the Loan Relief company out of Ontario. They ***g up on me every time I requested to be on do not call list. In this day of twitter and cell phones, how about we CALL them repeatedly for a c****e and see how they like having their day continually interrupted. They were so rude and taunting to me on the phone...I  will pursue this until I receive satisfaction. Where are those state attorney generals, FCC and consumer watchdogs when we need them? I say enough is enough. I cringe when I think of the harassment our poor elderly citizens are living through. Enough is enough.

I have asked this company to take me off their list four times. Twice I was ***g up on and I then immediately called them back. I said "don't **** up on me, take me off your list". I was told each time that they would take me off their list. Who is this company? I would never do business with them!

Caller leaves recorded message stating that I qualify for mortgage debt relief. Has called several times, ties up my phone and when I click over to pick up the waiting call, I get this ****** recording. It's intrusive and interrupting.

I got a call today from "Brian at CCS" who wanted me to call this number regarding the new "Bank Act" and reducing my credit card debt to zero.  We are on the Do Not Call List.  How is it that these guys can get away with this?
