Leave a CommentWe received a phone call from a "customer" to purchase some equipment. After they had charged on an American Express and took a very expensive piece of equipment we found out that the charge was a fraud and so what the phone number and address they gave us.
Ralph Weeks said that he was from Visa merchant services and they (the merchant) had processed a bad transaction and there was a problem with their terminal. Said to shut it off and that he would send a technician out to replace it/re-download it. Phone rings busy and he has nothing to do with the actual merchant services provider (which is us). 800 number is 800-376-VISA. This is a scam...
