Leave a CommentRepeated calls, up to 7 times a week leaving messages for mortgage/debt relief, which I do not need. Called to request my phone number be taken off their phone list and was ***g up on 5 times.
The guy who called me made it sound like he was employed by my mortgage company and he's calling to "help" me out.
A guy who states his name is "Tim McFadden" calls about applying for a Loan Modification. He never says the company name. My phone line is a business line. I called the number back to ask that they put my number on their do-not-call list and I was ***g up on 3 times.

They call and call and call. Every week it is "this is our final attempt" The thing is, I do not have a mortgage nor do I have credit card debt. Where did they get my number. So, after I thought it was over, they s****ed calling a***n with a new "help" offer. I called back. The male person who answered the phone was rude and ***g up on me. I called back, the next guy seemed nicer so I explained I wanted to get on the do not call list and that the last guy ***g up on me. He stated "I am going to **** up on you too!".
I hate you "Tim McFadden", and you will be reported to BBB.
i have received messages from this company for weeks on my business voice mail. When I finally called back and they answered Help Now - when I asked if they check the national do not call registry, they said they do. Which is impossible, because I've been on it for 4 months now. I have no mortgage at all, and here's the kicker, when I asked where they were located, they said "Ca***a"...how can that be?
They are calling my classroom...in the middle of the school day. If I don't answer the message screams loudly across the entire classroom. My students ask me what is loan modification? How the heck do I get them to stop?? I don't even have a mortgage!!! I think they may be calling from the previous teacher as I know she filed for bankruptsy!! AUGH!!!
Its a recorded message about mortage help but they are calling a business!
I've been on the do-not call list at home for a couple of years, but I've noticed that these sleezes are also ******, because they're now calling my business number!!! Just got a call at work from these guys about my mortgage!!!LOL!!! I like the idea of call their number continuously...want to take turns?
This is a very nasty group of people. They call my phone and leave a message at least 4 times a week. They claim that they know that I'm concerned about foreclosure and high mortgage payments - I don't even have a mortgage. When I call them back, they answer, "Help Now". I told them I wanted to be on their 'do-not-call' list, and they ***g up on me.... 5 times.... After the 5th call, the person used foul language directed at me, and ***g-up a***n. So I put myself on the national 'do-not-call' list, and as soon as my 31 days are up, I will be calling to complain about the company the minute they call me a***n. Or I might just spend a couple of hours continuously calling the 800 number....
