I just got a hold of some one from that number finally. I called back to back until they spoke to me. They said they are Virt Wallet and their website is virtwallet.com . I did look it up and it does exist. They said they are not sure why their system has been calling out the past few days to numbers. Not sure I believe that. I got their address...they are in Metro Manila Phillipines. sp? Address she gave me: Data Support Unit 701 Globe Telecom Pioneer Corner Madison Plaza Metro Manila, Philipines. Now I don't know that this street exists or not..it took her awhile to get an address to me. Maybe I am just paranoid.
I thought my phone was unlisted, and they have been calling for a few days now and not leaving any messages. I never get anyone when I call back and can not understand who exactly they are saying they are. Spelling? They call after my kids are in bed which is really annoying.
This Rude Person continues to call my cell phone. I am on the National No Call List. Apparently this person is either to RUDE or ****** to know what that means.
This person calls my house as well and never leaves a message.

I keep getting calls, one per day average, from this number. No voice. No sounds. No one comes on. It shows on caller id but never leave messages if I do not answer. Irritating as there seems no way to speak to a person to demand to be added to their no call list.
This is a collection agency called "Medical Financial Solutions". MEDICAL FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS 10660 SCRIPPS RANCH BLVDSAN DIEGO, CA 92131 (858) 566-3061From personal experiance, they are idiots who either have a call center in India, or only hire non-english as a first language agents. They have been calling me for months, even though I have no debit with them.
this number continuously calls my home and leaves messages. You can't understand the man's name or where he is calling from because he jumbles his s***ch when speaking his name, yet speaks his return phone number perfectly clear? sounds pretty shady to me.
