Leave a CommentThese people troll the MLS and search for (homeowners) short sellers with an email offer of pre-approved loan mods. The MLS list has all the homeowner's personal contact information. Beware! Ask for references including business license number.
I did just the other day. I was suppose to fax them some information but I am very hesitant! I did this search for the number to see if anything came up.
