My mistake. It's OSI Credit Collections, not OIC.
It's OIC Credit Collections. I believe they mainly do medical accounts. I had a small debt I wasn't aware of which went to them, called them back and the woman was very polite about it. She also said that it wasn't reported to the credit bureaus yet.
Left a message that they have personal business matter for our phone number. Did not say who they are. Did say to call during business hours 8am to 4pm Monday-Sa****ay Central Time.
