Leave a CommentSCAMPhone message today from "Jonathan at Prize Distribution Center" stated that we had won a new "Lincoln Navigator" in the "Grand Sweepstakes Giveaway" and instructed us to call back at 1-800-393-1518 to claim our prize.I called back. The woman who answered said that "Jonathan was in a meeting". She asked for my name and phone number and said he would call back. I asked where they were located and she said "downtown Chicago". When I asked for an address she put me on hold.
I got a call at home requesting I call a Peter Schwartz at 866/950-8143. The message told me I was a finalist for the Lincoln Navigator. The funny thing about the message was that at the end of the message it gave a different number to call 866/950-8145. I called 8145 and discovered it was a credit card processing center. AT 8145 they suggested it was a scam.
rec'd the same call, also from Jonathan. Needless to say, I won't be calling him back.
Received the same phone call from Jonathan. There is another phone number that they are using. 312-265-***7 and if you look on other posts there are many more numbers as well. This is a scam and they obviously think people are too excited about the prospect of winning a Navigator that they aren't going to check it out. Hopefully people will look it up.
Recieved same call from Jonathan, said he had good news not that Ive won, I figured it was some kind of scam, I enter so many ****** contest I couldnt remember if I had on this one.
Yep --- Got the same message tonight. Why is the distribution center calling me at 7 O'clock at night? Besides, they never addressed it to anyone in particular at our household.
I got the same spin about a contest that I had entered and they had good news. Never said I won the Lincoln Navigator and never used my name or any one in my familyl. Jonathan was the name.Several hours later I get another call from the Distribution Center from a different phone number only this time I am suppose to ask for Sam's supervisor, a Sean Allen.
They didn't say you won. They said they have good news about it or that you are a finalist. You only want to believe you won. That's why they keep calling people, because they know they are dumb.
Called and left a message that I won a prize in the Grand Sweepstakesfor a Lincoln Navigator. Anyone ever speak to this Johnathan?
I received a call from Johnathan, left on my recorder re: winning a Lincoln Navigator. I called back they took my name and number and said they would call back. They haven't called back yet.
