The caller was 'CSI Complete', a telephone surveyor calling on behalf of auto repair company Service King. The lady - and I use the term loosely - was very rude. I emailed Service King that I was not pleased with its surveyor, and instructed them they (CSI) are not to call me a***n or I would take my business elsewhere.

Received a call from the company regarding my satisfaction with an auto body repair shop I used.The shop is part of a small chain of repair companies.They asked questions regarding my customer satisfaction, quality of repair work, and if I would use them a***n.  They referred to the repair shop by na*****ey asked if I was satisfied with how my insurance company handled the claim and if I would renew my policy with them.  They did not use my insurance company's name or the other driver's insurance company name.Seemed like a simple customer satisfaction survey to me.

I filled a claim with Geico and then immediately s****ed to get the phone calls from 800 393 4533.  I am disabled and can not get to the phone in two rings.  I want their name and address to report them to the US Attorney Generals Office, but I can get it from no one.  Geico, though always polight and kind has no way of contacting them.  I am really annoyed and I think they must be stopped.

All I want is this annoying company's name, address, and phone  number so I can report them to the US Attorny Generals Office.   I have no quarrel with Geico.  But when I called Geico-they had no idea how to stop them.  I want this over with, but I can not get to the phone before they **** up.

Call from CSI Complete, a market research company. They just want information about satisfaction of my experience with GEICO after a total loss claim.  (I had no problems with GEICO, but don't appreciate a third party being given my information, even if just to improve GEICO's process).

CSI complete Survey.  This is generated for after accident follow up.  It is done by the Insurance Companies.  It is a total nuisance. The 800 393 4533 number has so****ing to do with GEICO.Spouse just had an accident and they must call to follow upabout so****ing.  Who knows?  They **** anyway. They always say:"You have choices:  want to fight the other insurance companyto pay for your car repair from the accident OR give us $500 nowand we will get your car fixed.  We (may) give you your $******ck(or not)...NOT!"  Even if the other driver is TOTALLY responsiblefor the damages.  Geico ****s.  They all ****.  Insurance companiesare the biggest gangstas out there.

I've seen elsewhere that it's a survey from some market research firm, regarding automobile repair shops. They've called at least 25 times on our home phone, never leaving a message, and today, they've s****ed calling my cell phone (which I'm not about to waste monthly minutes answering). Since we did just have our van in the shop for body repair, I think the information I've seen elsewhere must be correct.

I also had body work done to my car, but the collision repair company told me about the call I would be receiving from the survey company after they completed the work. Seems Geico uses them to evaluate the collison companies they refer business to. They asked that if I was satisfied, that I would give them a good rating so Geico would continue using them for repairs. I bliged them as they were great!

I had a car repair at Craig's Collison Centers about a month ago too. The call came in for the first time today from this 800 number. It appears the car repair companies are giving our phone numbers. Is there any thing that can be done to protect a***nst this?

I had my car repaired a Service King repair shop a month ago and I have been received calls from this 800-393-4533 number every since.  I've ignored all of the calls.

Calls several times a day - has for weeks.  If I ever find out what company is responsible for these calls, rest****ured that we will never purchase from them and will spread the word nationally through our large circle of contacts.

I called 800-393-4533 to find out who's calling me. It's a market research company called CSI Complete calling about a repair or claim on my vehicle. This company takes harassment to the extreme and needs to be stopped. They should send a written survey like other insurance companies if they want my feedback.

Called the number back using *67 to block my number. Went to a fake voicemail saying number was disconnected. Got 2 calls from this number today but ignored them both.
