I received a very rude phone call from this person or business.  I recently located a phone at Goodwill and do not know how to erase the greeting on the phone, and since I am not computer or electronically savvy, this person or business decided that I was the person on the recording.I was threatened and told that I was the person on the recording and do not appreciate this as an ethical way to conduct oneself, business or personally.

Someone named Jessica Smith called my wife's job saying she owed Compass bank a loan from 2002 for $1,000 My wife has never had a loan through Copass Bank and we have banked at a different bank for over 15 years now.  Ms Smith said she'd have to research the problem.

This company called my sister looking for my friend and said they were working on a legal claim for him.  They lied!!  I called them back and they have caller ID that told them my name.  They are from Peak Financial and looking to collect on a debt from him which is 6 1/2 year old.  Well, they might as well wait another 5 1/2 months when it comes off his record.  In the mean time I am reporting them to http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints. htm for calling my family.  It is not his family, but MY family

Yes, Max Graham, yes, he violates most the rules for "Fair Debt Collection Act". So I called him back, he said he will continue to harrass everyone I know until he gets payment. repeatly calling me awork after being told to stop calling me there , they keep leaving me messages threatening to give my file to their attorney all i can say is go ahead   all you get when you ask them questions is someone yelling at you or threatening you

Got a call from this guy very very very rude.  He pretends to be from the legal department.  I mean really do people fall for this ****!  He is a collector plan and simple.  They dont even tell you why they are calling and what they are trying to collect on.  If your company is low enough to use them to collect for you than you do not deserve the money!
