constant calls. does not leave messages. very irritating

This number has called several times this week. I always **** up without listening, but after a number of these calls I decided to call the number and got a Circuit City recording about buying a warranty. We are on the Do Not Call list and I have NEVER purchased a thing from Circuit City or its affiliates!  This is harassment and apparently has been going on for a long time. Why the F would I want to buy anything ever a***n, much less an extended warranty for future service, from a soon to be defunct BANKRUPT Circuit City? ****it Sity is so incompetent that I called the 843-3489x7 number and requested removal from ANY future calls as other responders have, but I have s****ed getting calls a***n. And I am plagued by these robo calls that I never answer around 1:30 pm everyday. Part of SS's "lets grab some last minute cash before we fold strategy?"No wonder these monumental idiots are BK.

They say give it a couple days for the request to go through...they also ask if you want to be taken off alll communication (mail, surveys, etc).

I am on the Do Not Call list.  I'm beginning to think this llist is useless.  Today I received a call from the above number.  I did not answer.  I just want the calls to STOP.

These fools continue to call daily. The won't leave a message and sometimes they **** up in time so my ma****e doesn't record a "blank" message. Other comments have mentioned being on the Do Not Call list. My experience is that being on the list doesn't matter at all. I've begun keeping a log of unwanted callers; most give up within 3 months or so. I wonder how many of these fools simply get new numbers so they can continue their annoying ways? You'd think they could find legitimate employment somewhere!

I called 1-800-843-2489 (x7) and asked that my phone number be deleted from their call list. The rep did so immediately, and apologized for the inconvenience. The rep was very nice about it.

Circuit city called for updating warranty - but if do not pick-up, they do not leave messages. They call at least twice a day - even on sundays!!

Call is from Circuit City warranty. I have never answered, but returned a call to see who was calling once or twice a day. I advised them that I wanted my number removed. She promised it would be done. I also told her I was a prosecutor and the next call would be a "telephone harassment" crime and would be pursued. We shall see. This began 2 days after I purchased a HD TV from them. Just FYI.

I get **** ups, and since I s****ed ****ing uip on them, they call as unknown now. They are very pushy with trying to make me sign up for credit protection service. I said no at least 10 times and the lady still tried to get me on recording verifying that I said yes. Very sneaky!!!!

I received several calls a day from 800-395-4377. I get calls at my home phone and cell phone as well. It is extremely irritating.

I have been getting calls too. It is Circuit City trying to sell you an extended service plan.

I redialed the number 1 800 395 4377 and it was indeed Circuit City. Did not talk to anyone because of the Automated Recordings. Did purchase a TV a couple months ago.

800-395-4377 called at 9:03 AM on 6/28, 1:30 PM on 6/29, 8:33 PM on 7/01, 9:19 AM on 7/02, 5:56 PM on 7/03, and 6:34 on 7/03.  Anyone found out a way to get them to stop?  Any phone numbers WE can call to 'return the favor'?  I am also on the DNC register for all the good that does...  If it is indeed Circuit City, they can have their **** card back with my compliments...Buncha S--TH--DS!

I received a letter thanking me for my recent purchase of an LCD TV with the offer of an extended warranty. I've never purchased anything from them. The phone number to call is the same 1-800-395-4377. It is an endless loop of automated messages.

This person/place of business has called my house 11 time in 9 days.  I do not want to receive such calls.  I saw on this site that others think it is Circuit City.  I did purchase a tv from them recently so perhaps this is true.  In any event, I do not want such calls.

We have also never purchased anything from Circuit City, nor will we ever. Despite being on the DNC Registry, these people persist in calling our home several times every day. I usually just pick up the receiver and **** up, but I have also told a live person repeatedly to stop calling my home. Since they are in violation of federal law, I have reported them to the FTC and the Ohio Attorny General's office.

I keep getting calls from this number.  I never answer and no one leaves a message.  We bought a TV from Circuit City 18 months ago, so its probably that.
