Leave a CommentNo response, when I answered they just ***g up.
The problem is that in most cases, when you answer, THEY **** UP, so how can you make them give you the info about their company!!! Makes no sense to call and not leave a message, if they expect an answer they need to leave a message - better yet contact the person they are really looking for! No one in this household has a debt that is not current! I've checked our credit reports to verify it too. If you are lucky enough to have one of the bottom feeders leave a message for people you've never even heard of and you are ****** enough to call them back and tell them so, all that does is encourage them to call even more often!
First They called on a Sa****ay, ***g up on 2 rings. I looked up the number, said it was for Capital Management. Found other #'s****ociated with them also....Tried calling them to find out what business they have with me. I was put on hold, and actually connected (by mistake) to another "victim' who was on hold wondering the same thing. Today they called a***n under the # 1-800-396-0945. They a***n ***g up. I called back, left a message and told them to state their business when they call me. They called me back and immediately said they had the wrong #. I said "is this Capitol Management and if so why are you calling me"? They said they don't have any business with anyone****ociated with my number and that it was all a mistake and then they hurried off the phone. What is the game here? I opted for bankruptcy and foreclosure 2 years ago and am paying my debts through chapter 13. It was either that or *******. I don't need this type of harassment! I haven't acquired any new debt to speak of, everything's current.....
I have received calls from them before at my work phone, and they even left a message for me on the work answering ma****e. I found their fax number and told them NOT to call me at work and even faxed them a copy of the page from my state attorney general's website, which says they must stop calling at work if instructed. Today they called a***n and when they got no answer they did not leave a message, but I am still going to report them.
This is crazy..... they are grasping at straws.....I got a divorice 10 yrs ago and these people just called my exhusbands house looking for my exBOYFRIEND that lives on the other side of the country how the***** they got the****ociation is beyond me????????? ***??

IF THEM *****S DONT LEAVE A MESSAGE WHY DO THEY BOTHER?
I have only had my number for 11 days, and they keep calling, they never speak, it is getting to be a pain.
This is ******ed, I'm using a GOOGLE VOICE number and they managed to call me and not leave me a voicemail. HOW THE***** DID THEY GET MY NUMBER.
call two or three times a day - on my cell phone, never leave messages and no on is there
they call everyday, they won't leave a message, they don't talk, the line is silent and they call the house phone too. annoying!
they call my work phone once a day, and wait for the entire vm message and then **** up after the beep, registering a message in my vm box which i have to check and delete every day. very rude.
Never leaves a message. Possibly a debt collector.
I get a repeated phone call at around 9:00 AM and no effort is made to leave message. I am on the national no-call list and I still recieve the call.
if you have call forwarding, or better yet, selective call forwarding, simply forward this call to a non-working number such as: 999-9999 or so****ing similar. they get the hint after a few tries. if you do owe so****ing, they have to notify you by mail. You can either dispute the amount via certified return receipt within 30 days or request that they no longer contact you via phone.
They are a collection agency called Capital Management. They are probably calling to collect on a debt that you owe. If your number is a new one (like a cell), they may be trying to contact the person who had the number before you. The Do Not Call list doesn't apply here because the calls aren't telemarketing. They are regarding business that you already have with that company or the company they are collecting on behalf of.You can get the calls to stop by answering the phone, getting the name and address of the company (which they are required to give you by law) and telling the agent that you are requesting that all contact be done by US Mail. Then **** up on them. Send a letter to the company asking that they not call you and that all communication be by mail. By federal regulation, they are then not allowed to call you anymore. If you DO owe the debt and you don't pay it, they could pass it on to another agency and the process begins a***n.

I see the number on caller ID and take the phone into the bathroom and answer it close to the water in the toilet bowl then proceed to make a splash sound, a intestinal explosive noise and then a loud AHHH!!! Might flush if I know they are still there. I know its childish & rude but ***, they don't give a rats behind about their rudeness or constant calling so you call & ye shall receive!
Keep getting a call from this number. No responce when answered, try blocking and still getting through. Who is it and why
They constantly call looking for someone who does not live in our household. They s**** calling at 8:00 every day and it never seems to stop
They call my house phone at least 8 times a day s****ing at 0800 all the way up until 9PM! I've told them repeatedly to stop calling... to take our # off their list yet every day, they continue to call! I WORK NIGHTS & THEY DISTURB MY SLEEP SCHEDULE LIKE CRAZY! I can't take my phone off the hook in case of emergency for the kids so these ******s are ****ing me!!! WHAT CAN I DO??? WHO THE***** ARE THEY!?!
