they call alot alot alot i never answer but my dad answers and they dont say anything they just **** up its a **** off

look at the contract you signed with reliance. I checked mine and it does say in there that they will add you for informational calls (but you have a right to decline).Sometimes its hard to read all the fine print

actually i have experience with automatic dialers and that is not a strategy, the dialer simply takes a few seconds to connect (add a few more if its a long distance call).I think the thing that works best is to just ask to be removed from the list,it>s legally binding. You get the calls to stop and leave the other person on teh other end of the line doing their job without an ulcer

This number calls me daily at 9am.. I never answer thinking if it's important they'll leave a message. They never do. It must not be important.

This number 1-800-396-9541 is a nuisance.Will call several times a day and nor respond. Today, finally I got hold of the guy,said we represent Reliance Home Comfort ( I have not given any permission to Reliance to sell my number to telemarketers)..and further said, we would like to help you to set up Reliance Services for your Furnace and Air conditioning. They said we are Gemma Communications http://www.gemmacom.com/about.htmlTold them, that I am on NDL list then why you called. Said, you may be aware of the legislation that the company you do business with may contact you. I said, I do not have any business with you. `but you are Reliance Customer and we represent them` ...I asked `I have not authorized them to re-sell me to you.I asked for removal of my number...and they said will take up to 30 days to do so...will complain to better business bureau and local police about such violations of the laws where companies will find lop holes to be able to call me...NON-SENSE

Yes, they call 2x+ per day. Up until near 10pm at night - I work early and so I am often in bed at this time. OH and when you answer and say*****o a bunch of times... no one is there. I called the number and it says for English press 1, I pressed 1, then it asks if you would like your number removed from the list, I pressed 1 for yes, then it repeats your number for you and ****s up.

I got tired of GEMMA calling me, so I called Reliance Home Comfort and bought out my water.I'm tired of renting it at $21.22/month. My water heater is a GSW, Model: 6G50NVH-02. Made in Fergus ONTARIO.To buy out, Reliance wants $710 +gst.  LONDON ONTARIO, SUMMERSIDE, 6 YEARS OLD.I believe it's worth it. Why rent at $267.34 per year (Including taxes).Ca***ian Tire sells the exact same water heater for $899.00That means I could buy a ***nd new water heater every 4 years!!! Renting is NOT worth it.I have a $3,200 Fridge with $200 worth of food in it. And I'm not renting that!!!I'm heading over to a relatives house to do the same thing!Oh... and thats after I go and tell my neighbour that I cashed out!Sorry Reliance.You've taken enough of my money!

I got a call from this number. I read a few reviews and decided to try calling back myself. It takes you through a few options then you can select to be removed from their marketing list. It apperently takes 24 hours.

I'm filing a complaint a***nst this number (8003969541) ... they call, no one answers ... I have an unlisted number and I am on the do-not-call telemarkers list.  The company that is doing this is de****able. If you are annoyed (like me) you should complain and loudly. *** yah. they JUST called and my mom has told them to stop before. they call my house every day after school then  call a***n at 6.  so when i picked up the phone and they asked me A***N what time does your mom come home, i told them - "can you stop calling because my mom told you to stop". So then they said" she did not say that when she does i will have a nice day"R U KIDDING ME -_-

Don't hear from this number all summer and as fall approaches they call out of the woodwork.  Don't brother to answer and the ma****e picks it up and they don't even bother to leave a message.  Fall heating season must be coming up.

Okay so no one talks when you pick up,this is a technique telemarketers use, they have a ma****e that calls you and records the time at which you answer, then a real sales person calls back another day at that time. What you do after you answer i***** the # ****on 6-7 time really fast and that will confuse the ma****e recording the time, and kick your number out of their system.

The same number calls 2X each day - once in the middle of the afternoon and once around dinner time - I won't answer - it's now been 4 days in a row!  Is it really Reliance??

Kept calling 2x a day and no one answer on the other line.

Called many times without leaving a message. Annoying.

Calls come in every day when I am not home.  No message is left.  Very annoying.

Called home line for the past three days - daily.  No one says anything, just dead silence, then it ****s up.  Efficient system the got there.

I just got a call from this number, but did not answer the telephone.  I am really s****ing to dislike all telemarketers.  I know it's their job and all, but I just wish they would leave me alone.  The calls are just so frustrating because they are so frequent.  It's not really a huge bother, it's just very aggravating.
