(800) 400-3000

I recieved this call twice today both at 12:10pm on my cell phone which is not listed. I missed both calls and when I called back " Sorry you have reached a number that can not be reached from your calling area."

This caller wasted 3 of my mobile phone minutes.  How can I block numbers such as this in the future?

I got one of these calls today on my cell. I didn't pick it up because the number looked like it was probably a solicitor. I don't like to waste my minutes on unwanted calls. I called this number: 1-800-400-3000 on my land line and only got a rapid busy signal and then I googled the number and found out several of you are getting the same call.

My cell phone is on the do not call list. I received a call today from 800-400-3000 @ 1:51pm it said; "This is not a sales call, you are receiving this call either because you requested information or were referred by a friend who said you may be interested in finding out how to become a licensed contractor" then I ***g up. I thought, here we go a***n.  Caller ID #: 1-800-400-3000Caller Name: Name Unknown

I have received  2 calls from this idiot number; there is nothing but silence when picked up. I hope that this gets reported to the appropriate authorities. My # is on the 'do not call' list & I am VERY careful with my allotted minutes!

Just got a call from them about a minute ago. They left a voicemail about getting a contractors license.

Got a call early in the morning, I was late for work and it work me up.. thanks i guess.

Got an automated message from 800-400-3000 left on my answering ma****e.  So****ing about press some # for information about contractor licensing school information or some ****.  My phone number *IS* listed on the federal do not call list, and I have no pre-existing business relationship with anyone remotely related to this ****.

Got a missed call from this number. I called it back and it stated "We're sorry you have dialed a number that cannot be reached from your calling area"

I was awoken by a call from this number, it said: "This is not a sales call, you are receiving this call either because you requested information or were referred by a friend who said you may be interested in finding out how to become a licensed contractor..." Thats when i ***g up.  When i called the number back i received nothing but silence, not even a "I'm sorry message".

They just called me but since I din't recognize it I didn't answer the call. Tried to call it back and it doesn't go through.

I am an employee of the lumber company that this number is registered to. We do not solicite anyone nor do we give out any information. We just found out today that our 800 number was s****ed by another company. We have contacted our phone company, our state attorney general, and the FTC about this matter. I am hoping we will be able to resolve this issue.

I'm also getting calls from this number. I looked it up on yellowpages.com and it pulled up a Pauley Building Center in Kentucky. I have no idea why this place would be calling me but it sure is annoying!

Received at 6:45PST.  My thoughts is it's a government test to determine whether or not your phone is a mobile number.

I got this call yes****ay.  I am not even using a prepaid card or ever using my phone to call any companies.  It is more for use within my family for communication.  Unless our cell phone company is selling our info to companies like them.The best thing to do is go to these **** websites or whatever annoying websites and put in their number to call and let them have a taste of their own medicine.  Set up a email account which you won't even use so that the **** sites don't spam your mailbox.This is what I would do.

un wanted - un solicited call

Got a call from this number at 4:10pm PDT on Monday, 4/28/08.  When I answered, no one spoke. It ***g up on me immediately.

I already received two calls from this number this afternoon and once some time last week.  How annoying.
