Yes, I canceled my cable TV the 7th and have gotten calls the 9th, 10th and 12th of March.I don't want to talk to them and I want them to stop calling.
HOW TO MAKE IT STOP: If you don't want to wait 30 days for the solitation to stop, call 1-800-Comcast, not the number listed above (as it is a third-party call center), and tell them that you are recieving too many calls from their third-party contractors and would like your phone number to be removed from their solitation list. The woman I spoke to said it would take 24 hours, rather than 30 days. What really greased the gears was threatening with the BBB or DNC lists.
It's Comcast. I cancelled service yes****ay because I moved in with somebody WHO ALREADY HAS SERVICE, and I've recieved two calls already. Called back, told them that there's no more money for them to make off of me BECAUSE I'M ALREADY PAYING THEM and they informed me that my name would be taken off the list IN 30 DAYS. Cancelling HBO? Cut off before I ***g up the phone. Cancelling call backs? Maybe we'll do it over the next MONTH.

I had to cancel comcast because they kept lying about what my bill should be (a +$70 difference), and kept charging me for services I don't have! There's no way I'm ever getting their "service" a***n.To make it worse, they called me 4 times on the 4th of July.
I see the calls on my cell phone and never bother to answer. I always look up numbers online first since I work online all the time. I've avoided scammers and sales pitches. I was late on my mortgage and they kept calling me every 2 hours every day 7 days a week. I switched phone numbers and only communicate with them in writing. End of story. No more hassles.
I have had two calls from this number. I canceled my comcast service at one house that we moved out of. I have service at antoher address already and am continuing that service. I have a credit balance coming from Comcast for the service at this house. It was canceled on Friday and this is now Tuesday. I got the first call last night.
GOT 27 calls from this number. I didn't answer any of them .After looking at this I decided to call them and ask they stop calling. All I did was switch from comcast tv to interntet. Ha!! They're really desperate for customers huh?

S****ed receiving many calls from this number after I cancelled Comcast cable tv (I kept the internet as it's pretty much the only option in town). I just keep ignoring it, it will go away eventually.
800-408-1356 - this is Comcast. They called me 14 times in total. I have answered the phone three times. They are looking for someone else. I told them that I have had this number for 6 years now and please stop calling. They called 4 more times. I spoke to two managers demanding that they stop harrasing me. Each time they tell me that they will put in the request. I got three more calls after that. So I contacted the FCC and filed a complaint. I got two more calls after that and then the calls stopped.
Several calls were made to my phone within the span of 2 days. No messages were left.
LOL. I went to the same Sunnyvale location earlier this week and returned my pos hd dvr. They didnt have any in stock, so I canceled and the guy was a total ****. I got Dish Network and couldnt be more happy.
Yep same thing here, had a cell number they were calling and it barely rung. Called them back and they just wanted to help me move service... only problem is my new home doesn't HAVE Comcast availability. Love this website; I wasn't going to call it back until you all were able to tell me it was Comcast. But the phone calls were irritating!you all rock, thanks!

Yep they keep calling me as well. Just cancelled my comcast last week to get 18mbps AT&T fiber optical Internet. It's only $55 through them! Comcast ****s.

Cancelled comcast last week and i keep getting a call from this number. The prices just keep creaping up. Its such a waste paying >$100 a month for basic TV/Internet. By the way, when i dropped off my equipment, the girl at the sunnyvale comcast was a huge B&TCH. Never a***n will i sign up for Comcast.
This is not even Comcast it is a third party company affiliated trying to sell you a package so they can get a commission. DO NOT RE-LIST through them. The guy called me because we just cancelled and after giving me the run-around finally admitted he wasn't actually Comcast, just a 3rd party salesmen. Irritating.

i have been getting calls for this number at least twice a day for the last few days. they never leave a message, and sometimes my cell phone only rings for a second. it makes sense now, i canceled my comcast services last week.

I had to cancel mine because I'm moving across the country and they called 3 times while I was driving and once today. I went to the Comcast online chat thing and they told me that my account will be disconnected on Nov 4 and everything is fine. So if it's just them trying to get me back - it's not going to happen. Can't help that I'm in the Army and have to move...
It's Comcast. You must have recently downgraded or canceled your service. They're calling you to try to c****e your mind.

Thanks! I have to cancel my Comcast account because I moved out of my college apartment and back home, where we already have Comcast ... So I don't really know what they'd want me to do. :P Thanks for the info.
This call is from Comcast, they call you and try to talk you out of cancelling your service. I was getting the calls on my cell, which they did not have attached to my account, when I called the number back they said that someone had used my cell number or it was entered incorrectly into someone elses account. It is not a collections service so don't worry about it.
This number keeps calling me over and over and over and never leaves a message. I have no idea who it could be.
