Tried to tell me I won a trip and need to validate my phone number to collect my prize. Very annoying. Beware.

They called and said that I owed them $600 from a payday loan. They haven't called back since I said  that I would send them a police report  on concerning a burglary. It must have been an ID theft. Look out America and little old folks who might be frighened by the caller.

I think my mother put me down as a reference when she got a loan from the internet. If they keep calling my employer I'll file a complaint with the DA or so****ing. If you google this number google provides a few sites that "may harm your computer" so so****ing is definitely fishy.

person left message on my phone saying they had an important legal matter to discuss with me and I should not ignore the call. Now that I've tried to contact them a message comes on saying the service I am calling is not available from my area. I wonder how they know where I am calling from if my phone number is private.

This company is looking for an individual by the name of Sedrick Hatcher. I have told them several times that I do not knot Hatcher. They continue to call me.

caller says important message, do not ignore. When I try and return call to 800 409 0074 I get busy signal.

When the answering ma****g picks up the call it is a recording asking for a man who does not live here. They leave a call back number but when I call it to complain it rings busy.

Not sure if it's legitamate, but is certainly an intrusion of our privacy. they should be stopped immediately. they keep calling regarding an employee that left our business a year ago...

Constant calls. Does not say who they are calling for or why. This is dangerous. If legitamate who would know.

Consistently within the last 4 months have called friends and neighbors leaving threatening voice mail messages. No idea who they are. I wish they would contact me directly but they have not.

These people called my work, without my permission, and left no information as to who they were or what they wanted--only that I was to contact them or have an attorney contact them.

Requesting debts to be paid for Payroll Advance. Company is refusing to accept payment via any other means other than bank account deduction. Company has never sent do***entation to substantiate who they are, nor will they di vulge an address for process of service. This company calls many times during the day. I returned a call and spoke with an agent attempting to send payment via cashiers check, or money order, and was told that I could not do this, and that the account was being sent to the district attorney's office.

this company leaves a number and then The message insists that my attorney or I call their number immediately. I get this call 1 to 2 times a day and now they are s****ing to call my place of employment. According to FTC this practice is forbidden to alow a third party to know and your place of employment to be harrass while working at your place of employment which does not allow personnel call while working. thank you

I receive calls from this number at least once a day, sometimes more. Actually they call from different numbers but in the message I'm told to call 800-409-0074. They call my cell during work hours or very early on Sunday so it always goes to voicemail. The message is usually cut off but they say so****ing like "You or your attorney need to call immediately". Give some file # to reference when I call.

I got a call from this number, with no identification at all...just a demand to return the call immediately using an impossibly long file number. I called and asked who they were and what they wanted. Which was a mistake!! They named a person I know, who doesn't live with me, and mentioned an outstanding debt that was soon to be turned over to a lawyer. When I called that person to tell him of the call, he said he had no debt like that and never had had one. Knew nothing about the matter at all. Since that time (over a week ago) I have gotten 2-3 calls a day from this number. I want it to stop!

This operson called to threaten me at work saying I need to call them or I would face legal action including the possibility of going to jail. When I called back and asked for the company's name and the supervisor in charge of my file the person on the line became very escalated and demanded to know who I was and what my file number. I repeated several times that I wanted the name and supervisor but he kept being rude and denying me. I have lawyers working with me to clear up some debts and I am being threatened and harrassed by these people at work, at home and at relatives. They have given out personal information to relatives as well. Very shady outfit!!

I have this number call at least 3 to 4 times a day at my business for one of my employees. As far as I know 3rd party debt collectors cannot harasse people at work.

based on the messages being left at my place of business (Pending Civil Matter; Case number, etc) I****ume this is some sort of collection agency. I have made NUMEROUS requests that they stop calling my place of business (and have gone on to provide them with an alternate number) yet they continue calling.

If anyone can find their address, please post it here. Cease and Desist letters need to be sent to these s***bags. They have numerous lawsuits filed a***nst them over the past 5 years alone.

Received multiple calls leaving messages for one of my employees, leaving this 800 number. Message left was very urgent, threatening and serious-sounding. I have no intention of letting debt collectors call and harrass and intimidate my employees while at work, and intend to file a formal complaint.

Caller leaves a generic voicemail message that does not identify who they are which is illegal. Tells you that if you ignore the call there will be legal action which is also illegal.

I have advised them to no longer call my home or place of employment and they are not abiding by my request.

I have no idea why they call. ***ody is on the phone when I answer it and nothing happens when I try to call it back. I haven't had any messages from them as well. Pretty annoying!

This guy...Christopher Harris...keeps calling me several times a day claiming I wrote a bad check and they want to get it straightened out or they will prosecute. I checked all my statements as well as with my bank. I have NO BAD CHECKS out anywhere. They're really sneaky...it should be illegal.

they call like 3-4 times a day on my cell phone. they are asking for someone i know and used to work with. i told them to stop calling MY phone but they dont get the picture. it eats up my minutes everytime i check messages or answer the call. i am about to c****e my gosh **** number!!!!

They are calling my job saying that me or my attorney needs to call them back asap and they are calling my job.

They call and asked for someone who does not live at my address and leave a suedo threat about attorneys and an urgent matter. The call is from Capital Recovery who is a I believe a bill collector.  I called them and told them I did not know who they were trying to contact and the lady after asking for my telephone number, said I would not receive any more calls.

They are saying they are attorneys and said there was a civil suit being filed in my name. They're sneaky debt collectors!

They keep calling my job and asking for different people. They call all times of the day and on weekends.

They keep calling asking for a different person each time. They say it is very important that I call them back ASAP and give me a file number. They always seem to call on Sunday afternoon, which is weird.
