Do NOT answer this call even if they leave an urgent message for you to return. They are the most disgusting bottom feeders ever and pull every illegal trick in the book to force money out of you even if you don't owe anything or it's one of your relatives, a neighbor or whatever. They are criminals in the highest order and should be put out of business. They also often use a local number to trick you into answering their calls. Be careful, they will lie to you and anyone else they can call that you know.
This is National Financial Systems (collections company that is VERY crooked). Be glad if you don't get to talk to them. Nothing is too disgusting or criminal for them to attempt. They are true bottom feeders, and yes they will disguise their number with a local one to trick you into answering the phone. Just don't. They will be so abusive and hateful and try to force you to pay even your relatives or neighbors bills, or ones of people you don't even know, and they will stop at nothing. Even threatening to have you thrown in prison for years. Very scary people. Just don't answer their phone calls. File a complaint with the FTC and the Atty. Gen. of their home state (think it's maybe New York, not sure). But don't deal with them. They can even trick you into paying them when you didn't intend to. They are getting sued right and left, and have many horror stories online you can find. Even if you owe them money, see an attorney first. In a lawsuit, they get to pay your attorney fees, not you. Go to FTC website and learn the consumer protection laws they are violating all over the place. And don't deal with them even if you owe them money. Try going back to the original creditor instead, or work through an attorney for payments. Just don't get ****ed into their*****.
TISH at ext 280 called my job and left a message. I was reprimanded for receiving a a call at work that was perssonal. Addition to that. I originally tried to contact them at as I was trying to speak to them, the collector said I WILL JUST PUT THIS DOWN AS REFUSAL TO PAY AND ***G UP. Nontheless, I called them back today to let them know to NOT call my work and she said are you going to pay your bill or not... a***n. RUDE OBNOXIOUS PEOPLE.
We received a call asking for someone with our last name but it wasn't one of us. He said it was urgent that we call him back. I s****ed to make the call and when it wasn't answered after 2 rings, I realized this may be one of those times when they create a HUGE phone bill for out of country calls.
Some kind of collector using local number
