DONT!!!!!! NEVER give out your credit card number over the phone, no matter how trustworthy they seem.
so i got a call from them today...i not sure what to do...like should i accept it. the lady on the phone was really nice and seemed to be trust worthy. i not sure what to do
s**t guys they are.
they keep calling every day, we've told them to remove our number, we said we don't want any offers, we stayed on the first call for 23 minutes and realized it's a scam after they wanted our credit card number. They keep calling and say things like "fine! we'll give your FREE cruise to someone else!" and we say please do! Then they call a***n the next day or even 20 minutes later.
y u hv such perception towards ****ese people?lying n cheating are human characteristics, but they shouldn't be catogerize according to nationality
I just had this call too, and the representative had this Mexican accent. I had three missed call from this number and I called back. When they asked for the $118, I sounded skeptical about it....and told them i will call them back. That rep then say how if i disconnected, all my file in their system will be erased and I WILL NOT have the cruise anymore. But then, didn't I just called them back from three missed call?? TOTAL SCAM
Telling me I won a trip, I always ignore these but my mom called and said that a person called not just an automated message, called to tell them what it was about and they ***g up on me.
This number is apparently Caribbean Cruise Lines - The've been calling me for the past two weeks during business hours a minimum of twice a day, and leaving messages telling me to call back and claim the Florida/cruise vacation that I have "won". I finally answered yes****ay, and upon hearing they want me to pay for this "free vacation", I asked them to remove me from their calling list and threatened to press charges for harassment. It seems to have worked.
Easy solution - add your phone number to the do not call list by calling 18009226373.
They called me today. Heard a lot of people yelling in the back ground. Didn't sound very professional. Wanted port taxes of 118.00. This is surely a scam.
yes, this number is also bothering me often.I think that part of that people are ****ese.they want to cheat your money.
dont call me
They called me today. Is it a Scam?
Calls Ontario, Ca***a and ****s up numerous times during the day.Week previous had been receiving calls every day saying we had won a trip...assume it is the same caller but did not verify....
got the same call. I insisted I wanted to see a package from them before I would give them my card number. They insisted they needed my credit card number before proceeding. I google the number and found this site. I told them to never call me a***n!
I think we are all afraid to. They keep calling me!!
Called us and left two voice messages telling us we won a cruise and to call back the 800 number. For fun I ran the 800 number through Google and found you guys and was prepared for the next call. They called back today (12/12/09) and told us we won after entering a draw at some show (wasn't at one recently), and all we needed to do was give them our Visa number to secure the port and boarding costs (wait, didn't I win a FREE trip?) - when I said I wanted to think about it and wanted to call them back in an hour I was told I couldn't because it was "first come first serve" (wait, didn't *I* win the FREE cruise??). I told the caller that I had looked up their number and asked why people were saying it was a scam ... they ***g up on me.
I got the message that I won at a Trade show an I thought I won because I did go to a Trade show recently. I filled out a couple of slips but I don't remember which ones. I tried calling the number and while I was on hold, some one was asking if a Jeff was there. I had to say no there is no Jeff. When she ***g up, I was disconnected. After that happen, I knew so****ing was not right. So I looked up the phone number on-line and this is were it lead me. Thanks for the input. These blogs do help.
keep calling without any word. just silence. really annoying!
These a**holes call me every day.. sometimes twice a day for the past two months... I have to make sure my phone is always on silent now.. before people used to know to just not call me at work.. now.. my cell phone is not to be trusted with the ringer on... sometimes I forget to turn it off silent.. like last week.. I left it on silent.. then my alarm clock didn't go off.. I was late for work.. I can see where this is going.. I'll be out of a job and out on the street cause of these fraudsters in just a few more weeks.. keep it up.. keeep pushing me... I've got your number!!! and the one I can call if I want to stop you from calling me.. probably only costs.. what? $300 a miunute? you'd keep it reasonable right.. it's christmas time.. don't want me out on the street, unemployed AND ill equipped to buy my family presents do you? no, of course not, you want me in the Carribean.. because, like in the message you left half an hour ago "everyone deserves a vacation." You know what a vacation to me would be? leave me the **** alone for just 24 hours.. that's all I want... a little R & R.. Just me and my cell phone, the way things used to be.
THIS IS BIG SCAM .. girl called Jennifier keeps calling. Just big SCAM! don't fall for it! They said I was in a trade show! which trade show i was in?
I received the same call. But has anyone actually paid them and confirmed its actually a scam????
Oct. 1, 2009 and they are still running the same scam at the same number.
well if you ever put your name in any draws at boat...rv or festivals these people at princess cruise lines tell you that you won a free cruise to the ba***** all you have to do is fly to Florida and pay $118.00 port credits that gets you a free 2 night 3 day cruise.....blah blah blah ...lol
Called me 2x. First time (09/05/09) they said I only have to pay port and boarding costs same as the 3 day cruise we took on the very old and soon to be retired so****ing Majestic out of Ft Lauderdale. It was an OK cruise but not much time to snorkel in the Ba***** and a compulsory tip per day in addition to the boarding and port taxes. Today (9/06/09) they called and said I won a cruise form so****ing in Ontario which is strange since I live in Ohio. OK so they got their scripts mixed up. I'd prefer to go on a last minute out of Tampa. Better food and the real deal. The real cruise lines offer so much more in entertainment.
Repeatedly calls on my cell phone to tell me I won a trip to the Caribbean that I signed up for in Ca***a. Did not do that.
Harrassing callers with you won somthing scam.
phone scam
called me 24.march and 25.march. won a free flight to ba*****.
They called yes****ay and today!
