will not stop calling

These F#@! sticks have been calling me for about a year now with their automated **** asking me to pay some kind of debt that I don't have, in fact i never have debts. I wish they would stop calling me, this is making me really angry, if there is anything I can do to get them off my back please let me know.

This is an automated call from 800-419-0724. They instruct you to go to a website called forwardingnotice.com and put in an account number. Once you do, it's revealed that they are CCS Collection in MA. My 'account' reflected an old Columbia House bill from 2003 which I disputed then, although following up with a phone call to the 800 # above, I did talk to a real person who claimed they have tried 37 times in 2008 to contact me by phone. NOT! In my opinion, this company (like many other desperate collection agencies) probably buys lists of supposed debts and tries to collect. However, unbeknownst to them, they are buying recycled bogus listings that have either expired due to statute of limitations or have been resolved. To the less tenacious, BEWARE. You could end up being bullied into paying a debt you do not owe. Good luck!

They called saying i owe them money but they left a website and acount number, but the website was nonexistent. I dont have any debts so im geussing its some kind of scam.

This number will s**** calling just after 9am. There have been days when I have gotten gotten called almost once an hour until 6pm.

Keep calling saying I owe money which I don't but never say who I allegedly need to pay back. They leave a web site which led me here and a dead end phone number.

Called and left a telemarketed message on my phone saying I owe someone money as a debt collector. I do not own anything that is not paid for and all my other bills are paid in full.

12/10/08 2:57pm/HST: I have received a call of this type a couple of times, and a***n today. I think it's been over a year now since the last.  In any matter, I have no debt, and just purchased a house so I know my credit is fine.  I have one, and only one, credit card and it's paid in full every month. This is obviously some scam and I think it's odd that though they tell you if you're not that person to call the same number so they can stop future calls, but then they proceed with directions for the intended person to log on and enter an account number the also give, what could****entially be, a stranger!(like number that Gil noted)

Debt is for Robin Howell, I have told them they have the wrong number.....3 years!

They keep calling but don't let you know why or who they are.

I called this number and they refuse to tell you anything til you give a file number and theen they say you owe money for so****ing you naver received.  they then say sorry and you don't have to be so rude!

i believe its a collection agency not a telemarketer. the call like 3 to 4 times a day. i have asked them to stop calling but say i havew to put it in writing or they will call all they want. when i called them back they said i was calling ccs

they call here at least once a week, looking for a ****** Rodgers, I have no clue who ****** Rodgers is, and asked several times to stop calling, they **** up..!! the calls continue... this ****s..!!

CCS has been calling me for 10 months looking for someone I have never heard of.  I call them back, tell them the person does not live there, they apologize and state they will remove my number from their records, then proceed to call a***n a few weeks later.  I have spoken with them at least five times yet they still call.

I recieved a call from this number and message left was a call from CCS Collections acct # 090031683. When I called the girl Serenity stated that this was in reference to an accident, I have not had an accident in more then 20 years. It appears to me to be a scam call to get money out of me.

This number is for CCS, a collection agency.  They called on a Sunday evening and left a recorded message for my ex-husband.

It is a telemarketer. They called and left no message.

I receive calls and they leave a message saying it's important and they are looking for me with my MAIDEN Name!!!I haven't had that name in a long time - so if they are trying to reach me to collect on some debt that I am obviously unaware of, Good luck - cuz it has been more than 9 years (statute of limitations has expired)
