They did not allow me to make payment arrangements to pay off my loan because I was calling 10 days prior to my due date when it states in the contract that I have to call at least 3 days prior to due date which I clearly did. They were rude and unhelpful, they only want to continue to process this loan so they can collect my refinance fee which they included in my payoff which is not correct.. now, they have to speak with a loan manager. ***!!!!

I keep getting calls from this number at work, but they leave no message. So far today they've called at 10:23am, 11:25am and 12:28pm and it's only 1pm right now!
These people constantly calls my cellphone and home phone s****ing at 7:30 am and continuing until 11:30 pm Monday - Sunday. I live in Illinois and I thought the rules were: no calls before 8:00am or after 8:00pm. How can I stop them they have s****ed calling my work number as well. I've spoken to several people and asked that they not call me at work and stop calling me before 8:00am and let me rest on Sunday.
