I keep getting calls.. ***. I get the emails, the text message and the letters!! I do NOT want a new freaking phone OR CONTRACT.

I cancelled service with them and I guess they want to sell me so****ing. GO AWAY!

This number has called frequently over the past week. Every time I answer there is no one at the other end.

calls two to three times a week. when I answer the phone, there is no one on the other end. if left to the answering ma****e, they leave no message. my husband has a verizon acct. through his business that is NOT connected to our home phone but they keep calling. A real nuisance.

I am tired of getting a phone call by this number ( 800-425-2171) four to five times a day and even at 9pm. It is bothring and annoying because no one answers the phone as well. I am frustrated by this number and I would like it to stop.

Call at all hours--never leaves message---does not answer.  The service provider for this number should eliminate it.

I keep getting calls from this number as well..they seem to like to call me three times in 15 minutes to once every hour or so...IT IS RIDICULOUS!!

Calls and ****s up when I pick up. No message is ever left. I called Verizon Support and the rep did an internal search for the phone number and came up with no hits. I've already reported them to the FTC. I don't know what else to do to make them stop calling. They've called every day, up to to twice a day for the past 2 weeks. There has got to be so****ing that protects the consumers from loop-hole **** like this.

I have been getting lots of calls from this number, but there is never anyone there. So I Googled the number and sure enough, my Verizon contract just ran out. I am being harrassed. This is really stoopid!!! I was very happy with my service, but I think it's time to c****e carriers.

they called and woke my husband up A***N after I have told them 6 times to quit calling. This time they said it was on behalf of someone by the first name of a person I work with whose Indian first name happened to be the same. I thought maybe my friend had been in an accident or so****ing, No it was VERIZON!!! My contract ran out Dec.2007. They have been trying to lure me into a new phone (small print tells me I have to also add two extra services to my plan, i.e. more $) and at first $25 rebate, then $50, Then $100, now its up to $150 and now I get harassing phone calls on my home phone to boot!!! My home number is unlisted, how did they get it anyway? I've moved and gotten a new number since I s****ed contract. So they shouldn't have it. AT&T Mobile here I come...I here that Verizon account flushing...whoo*****

They just keep calling to sell a new phone to me.

I may be a verizon customer but i strictly do not want to be called on my private cell number. If they want to contact me they can send me an email.

Person called and wanted to extend my contract - offered a new LG Voyager phone for free after 50 dollar rebate- got disconnected and when I called Verizon back they stated that no one from Verizon ever called me- Very fishy- what is up with this??

Verizon Wireless calling to try to get me to extend my contract with them. The guy was definitely scripted to try and make you say "Yeah" or "OK". But my response instead was "Maybe if you hadn't called me at the break of dawn and woken me up, I might consider. But now I think I'll give the folks over at Sprint a call." and ***g up. My number is in the national do not call registry for a reason. Just because Verizon is not legally bound to honor that list, they should have the courtesy to let their customers opt out of such nonsense telemarketing.

Receiving call on cell phone every couple of days. I haven't answered and there isn't a message left.

I've gotten several calls from 800-425-2171, and ***ody ever is on the line. This is incredibly frustrating and annoying. I will go to another carrier if this continues.

Phone rings and I pick it up but ***ody ever is on the line. . . it seems almost daily. I am already a verizon wireless customer. This nuisance calling should be stopped.

This is a number Verizon has been using for telemarketing. I'm already a Verizon customer, but may c****e carriers if they keep calling me.

3rd time in last 2 days

keeps calling from this number as well as from other numbers.  no message left, no person on other end.  verizon's version of harassment.  i'll soon be swit****g because of this and very poor customer service...
